Very very very good stay! We liked the room, it’s very beautiful, stylish and cozy. The bathtub is great, the swimming pool is also sooo great after the day in the mountains. We liked the breakfast, it was Chinese cuisine but we had different options and it’s also very nice and delicious . The staff is amazing, many thanks to the hotel manager, he is very friendly and polite! We’ll definitely come back 😉☺️😇

This hotel has got a swimming pool which is a very pleasant way to relax after a long day of treck. But this is one of the less important advantage. The rooms are nice and originally furnished. The owners are just greats, very caring, ready to help. Have you ever heard owners ready to use their own vehicle to bring you to the airport ? Well they did ! I wouldn't have strong enough words to say how we appreciated the service. Thank you !

Love this little 4 floor boutique hotel. It's family run, but totally professional. It's in a gated housing community -- very close to downtown, but away from the noise. Nice deco - raw wood, stone, tasteful lighting. Boss was super friendly and helpful, speaks English, gave me rides to airport and up to TianmenShan - which is very close to the hotel. I'll be back!

Our stay was mostly for being in Zhangjiajie city and visiting the Tianmen mountain. I choose this hostel because of customer rate on the app, swimming pool and room. I took the largest room at the top floor. It was nice and spacy, but we saw the other rooms and I can tell all looks good. If I have to choose again, I might choose a cheaper one. The pool was suffering of heat and not super clean when we arrived, but the owner understood very fast and changed all the water that was very clean the next day. The attention of the owner to all our needs was very friendly, helpful and nice. And he speaks English. Breakfast is Chinese style, but the cook can adapt and serve you what you desire. The position of the hotel is not central, but in a quiet place and close access to Tianmen mountain. I still think it’s the best option in Zhangjiajie.

The hotel was everything they advertised: pool, breakfast, villa-like feel. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They were more than willing to help us with ordering food one night and recommending the best things to do. The only downside for us was that this hotel is geared for families, which means there was a lot of shouting, crying kids in the halls and at the pool, which made it hard to have the quiet, relaxing time we were looking for. But thats not the fault of the hotel or it's owners, we just have to find accomodations more geared towards a younger audience.

Facilities: OK. Hygiene: Clean and satisfactory. Environment: The scenery outside the window is great, and it is not an exaggeration to describe it as poetic and picturesque with birds singing and flowers blooming. Service: The cakes made by the boss lady are delicious, and she personally sent us to the city. The male staff is also great, with an easy-going attitude, like a friend, very nice A good hotel worth visiting Ps: The kittens in the store are very cute, and I always think that people who love cats and dogs are the kindest and cutest people.

Thank you very much for picking us up at the airport late at night. We were also very welcoming when we arrived at the hotel and helped with the luggage. Unfortunately, we only stayed for one night because of our schedule. The next morning, we were given a map and itinerary suggestions. It was very good to play according to the plan. We were not tired and had a good experience. The only thing is that the sound insulation in the room is a bit average.

The B&B we booked this time was very good and highly recommended. The service was very good and the housekeeper was very enthusiastic. As soon as we made the reservation, he called us to ask if we would be picked up at the station. The boss personally came to pick us up from the high-speed train. I am very grateful for this. I’m not familiar with the place, I just arrived in a city, so I’m not familiar with it. yes. It is very convenient. The decoration of the B&B is very high-end, with a courtyard and a swimming pool. A very good B&B. I stayed in Zhangjiajie for two nights. The proprietress personally picked me up by high-speed rail and introduced how to play along the way in great detail. She also gave me a map. You can take a Didi anywhere in the B&B. The 72 arcades and Tianmen Mountain are very close. The home-cooked dishes made by the aunt in the B&B are amazing, better than eating out. I'm not used to the three-pot dishes made outside. The bacon is delicious, the decoration is beautiful, and it's nice to take pictures. It's a villa-style courtyard B&B. I love it. It's great.
