前台的工作人員很熱情，服務態度很好。酒店房間的衞生也很乾凈去，房間裏面的設施也挺全的，而且酒店離景點都不遠，出去玩很方便。

酒店位置好找，有停車場，停車方便，車位充足,附近有公交站，交通都方便。旁邊還有大型商場，超市。大堂很敞亮，前台很熱情，價格經濟實惠。酒店走廊很乾凈，房間裝潢的簡單現代很舒適，被子床單都很乾凈整潔，房間窗户很大光線很好，房間很乾凈沒有異味，通風很好,網絡速度也快。

酒店裡位置滿意，都很安靜不靠馬路，還有停車場停車比較方便，附近有公交車，交通都比較方便。房間裏設施設備齊全，前台熱情禮貌

入住了第一個房間1205一進門就有下水道返味的臭味 一開始想着就這樣吧 結果在房間坐了一會兒實在太醜了就換了房間 到1103 結果還是臭的很 沒辦法衹能這樣了 忍了兩天真是無語 住過很多城市的喆啡這家像一個假喆啡

我們是晚上好晚才到張家界下高鐵，到了酒店前台還給我們提供了咖啡喝，服務值得點贊
整體而言環境還是相當不錯的，酒店房間很大！還有掛燙機，細節很到位
房間在小院裏麪很安靜，設施也挺新，不過有些把手生銹，問前台説以前疫情做了防疫酒店撒了消毒水，不過酒店衞生質量很過關。
第二天我們走了丟了個耳機在房間，前台給我們打電話還發了短訊這個很👍
另外就是景點：武陵源，天門山值得一看，72七樓個人不建議去！沒啥特色。天門狐仙也還可以！
張家界的三下鍋個人覺得幹鍋比較香！！
