房間比較乾淨，老闆人也不錯，挺熱情的，旅館的位置離景區不遠，坐車吃飯全都非常方便，旁邊餐館做菜也不錯

價格在景區旁邊中不算貴，住宿的環境、衞生等比同價的快捷酒店好多了，服務態度規範，值得推薦，雖然裝修時間比較長，但是無異味，這點缺好是優點，衞生十分乾淨

酒店離景區北門門票站很近，走路幾分鐘就到了，酒店可以免費停車，老闆和老闆娘人非常好，熱情，對於我們從外地來的人還給我們説景區該怎麼玩，走的時候還送了我們自己鹵的鹵味。簡直太感動了，下次來還住這

藝龍平台預訂，下午5點多6點左右到達米蘭客棧，已經閉，無人管理。對面的米蘭客棧貴賓樓，大門四開，但店內沒有人。問周邊商户，客棧裡邊的人哪兒了，周邊商户支支吾吾的啊，説在別的地方，我讓他們幫着喊一下他們也不理。他們還問我今天晚上你們住這兒啊，怎麼定的？是在網上定的嗎？很詫異的感覺。然後通過平台留的電話聯繫老闆，問怎麼沒人，説一會兒能趕過來，然後再就沒人管，後來再次聯繫老闆，老闆説酒店前台上面放了一張房卡，讓我們自己進去。當時沒想其他，就以為我們到早了，老闆可能臨時有事兒過不來就直接進房間。因為在景區玩了一天挺累的，洗了個澡，然後出去吃飯。等吃完飯回來，已經9點多了，客棧裡邊居然還是沒有客服，老闆或老闆娘都不在，而且詭異的是前台的燈居然亮着。回到房間之後越想越不對，到前台仔細觀看，發現前台電腦鍵盤灰都很厚一層，好多房卡都就散落的放在前台。整個客棧除了我和我愛人，再沒有其他人員。而且客棧大門大敞四開根本鎖不上。為了自己人身安全，在向平台反映該情況後從客棧離開，另找酒店入住，然後向入住酒店問，説米蘭已經不幹了。這個沒人管理的客棧預訂交費後還不退款。平台還不核實客棧是否存在嗎？視頻截圖上傳。
