Very nice budget hotel. Right next to the cable road to the mountains of Zhangjiajie. The hotel is in a residencial building and does not have the reception. The stuff was very friendly, polite and helpful. The room very clean. Small comments (1) the towel was very small (2) there is a problem in trip.com with Geo location of the hotel. It takes you to the wrong building. As well as the reference on the trip from the hotel to the West railway station. I almost lost my train as the location given was guiding to the wrong place.

The room was not very clean and very damp. The toilet was a squat toilet and the toothbrush had been disassembled. . . The sound insulation is very poor. Great staff! The hotel owner was always in touch, allowed us to leave our suitcase in the morning, helped us call a taxi and walked us to our car. The room is clean, has everything you need, the entrance to Tianmen Mountain is a 5-minute walk away. There are many cafes and shops nearby.
