升級了房型大床房 問前台床是2米6的很大睡的很舒服 房間衞生很乾凈 還送了免費的礦泉水 出去天門山玩也很開心 問了很多東西工作人員都很有耐心認真的跟我説還幫我出方案應該怎麼去玩才會更好玩 走的時候東西忘記拿了 還幫我把東西寄過來 服務態度很好 很值得推薦 有什麼要求基本上都是滿足我們的 這次出遊很開心 下次還會過來住這家酒店

和朋友一起出來玩的 這個酒店好像是一家連鎖酒店 不是很清楚位置打電話問前台很熱心的告訴我酒店位置該怎麼走 最主要的是離天門索道很近很方便 價格也比較實惠 環境很好 在酒店也可以看到上面的索道 還可以免費停車 下次有機會來張家界玩還會訂這家酒店👍

床超級大，，是我住過酒店裡最大的床，非常適合帶孩子住的。中式風格，就是床上太冰了，。床墊子直接鋪了個床單。。。我們又要了一床被子。。不然根本沒法睡。。

小宣姐姐服務好熱心，還幫我們送東西，耐心幫我們解答問題，房間的衞生也挺乾淨的，環境也不錯，房間裏東西也齊全，下次還和朋友們來這家店～
