東西掉房間了打電話給我我很感謝，但是還來個到付，不是到付郵費的問題，但是事先電話裏跟我説清楚，有點無語，還有問前台要個火柴直接冷冰冰來句沒有，人家五星級酒店都有，你們就沒有，第一次來張家界説實話就這酒店下次在來肯定不會考慮！
