有一説一：1房間昏暗，燈少瓦數低；2房間不衞生，開關上有浮塵，提供的竹製託盤上發了黴，牀頭櫃下還有已經幹掉的橘子皮，工作人員打掃完衞生抹布都留在客房裡，可見房間是怎麼打掃的；3淋浴房下水不通暢，洗完澡漏在外面一灘水，水量很大，但總調不到你想要的温度；4主要接旅行團的生意，早上八點下樓吃早飯，本來品種不多，味道不好，連粥桶都見底了，服務員生硬地告知，沒有就是沒有了，不補，連雞蛋都要按人頭髮放；5民宿的主打亮點就是小度智能，結果住宿的客人變成了小度智能的奴隸，本來衹要自己按一下開關的事，現在還要看它的心情，經常給出指令，沒有行動；6房間裏沒有櫃子、桌子。所以散客們如果介意以上6點，三思而後行!

入住前電話聯繫升級了房間，服務還可以，設施相對還比較新，停車也比較方便，可以停在對面街道辦，房間中規中矩，沒感受到太多智能家居？中午十一點才起來，做衞生的阿姨十一點多敲門問什麼時候退房還蠻不禮貌的。

好評！酒店環境乾淨整潔，服務很好。離武陵源很近，我們準備了此次旅遊的3天計劃，前台細緻的跟我們介紹了出遊路線。第一天上午去了大峽谷，下午去了黃石寨森林公園，晚上看了魅力湘西表演，第二天從酒店出發去了武陵源一整天，晚上看了七十二奇樓再回到酒店，第三天去了天門山，3天旅遊完美結來！
