Hotels Near Catholic Church in Zhangjiakou

Thank you to the host for taking care of me during my stay. He responded to messages immediately every time. The No. 1 building where I stayed is very close to the community canteen and the ferry station. It takes a 5-minute walk to the canteen. The fried dough sticks for breakfast in the canteen are delicious. The No. 1 building is a 2-minute walk to the ferry station. The shuttle bus runs every 30 minutes to Fulong Ski Resort, but sometimes it arrives a few minutes late. If you don't take the shuttle bus, you can walk to Fulong Ski Resort in about 10 minutes, which is very convenient. I will consider staying here again.

The location was great for skiing and as hotel guests we received a discount on renting gear. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a little kitchen and an electric fireplace. There was also a nice little ice wonderland next door that was fun for the kids and we got a discount as hotel guests.

I can imagine that they have had the hardware ready for the Beijing Olympics back in 2022; but it was surprising how fast things now feel ”worn”. That's really too bad. Towers can still have the smell of tard from cigarettes which again is too bad. Meanwhile, it's a nice touch to also give lift tickets but the fact that you need to have the front desk signed voucher to go over to the ski school next desk (not next door) to provide the ticket card is a bit weird and troublesome for customers. Yes, I get it, it's really two organizations and the vouchers are the controls/ receipts. But you can actually get the ticket card deposit refund all done at the front desk means that the systems are connected. Hence, the logistics is not really set up with the customer experience in mind which is really a shame. Enough with the areas which can potentially enhance above. Here are the brilliant parts and the reason why you may want to come back to the hotel. It's the people. We were bothered by the logistics (as you can see) and during breakfast time, we also hear there is another family bothered by some hardware issue the night before; but the staff really took seriousness in resolving the problems. In addition, my wife was sick in one of the nights; congee was not on the lunch and dinner manual, but the staff and cook were willing to trouble themselves to make the congee (and I can tell you that I have been at 5 stars hotels before and when they say no congee on the manual -- those hotels will just stick with that answer) --＞ in this AI-driven, RPA-strived and customer centric-talking atmosphere nowadays, it's refreshing if not heart-felt to really experience hotel staff who show care for its customers. This is where the Excellent rating for Service comes from. Keep up the human-side of the hospitality business --＞ it's always about the people and how your guests feel they are treated, that's how you make them come back and make a profit --＞ not robotics ! I don't like to waste time writing reviews (but I am a writer in earlier years), and I am having a soar throat. But I would recommend to hotel to any guests who wants to feel being being taken care of.

Clean and comfortable room, very nice stay, breakfast is OK, but breakfast restaurant a bit too cold. Will stay again if travelling to Zhangjiakoy

The hotel is very big, the room was upgraded for free, it was great, the buffet was also good, yogurt and fruit were given for breakfast, there were three buffets a day, morning, noon and evening! There is also a supermarket downstairs, close to the mall, the service is good!!!

This is the most cost-effective hotel among all the hotels I have stayed in over the years. It is beautifully decorated, fully equipped, has excellent service, and the staff are highly qualified and well-trained. The room is clean and comfortable, the hotel is very convenient for travel, and the night view is also beautiful. I will choose this hotel when I come to Zhangjiakou in the future.

It was my first time to stay. The decoration was amazing. The check-in experience was great. It rained that day and the service was also very good. I could use an umbrella for free. The room number was still 521. I felt very happy hahaha. It was a pity that I woke up late and didn’t try breakfast. , will continue to choose James Coffee

Once again, I stayed at the Zhangjiakou Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel. I felt that the service was as good as ever. The waiter helped us deliver the luggage to the room. We asked for buckwheat skin pillows alone. The room is spacious and bright, clean and hygienic, the bathroom is good Facilities: Very good, shower water is large. The hotel has convenient parking, rich breakfast, seafood barbecue in the evening, and band performances, very cost-effective. In the future, I will continue to choose Zhangjiakou Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel.

剛到酒店門口，就有工作人員幫忙，還指揮停車，下車還幫我們拿行李箱，進入大廳之後，前台小姐姐們特別親切的問候，辦理完入住，前台的小姐姐幫助我們把行李送到了房間，替我們開房門，還貼心的把行李放好，一進房間有些驚喜，中式設計還不錯，到晚上我們需要一些水，還有其他的用品，也能及時給我們送過來，出去吃飯碰到了客房的大姐，也給我們問好，這服務可以啦，哈哈，今天準備退房了，怪不得介紹床墊比較舒服，還真是，睡眠還挺好，總之和以前住的酒店感覺不一樣，以後來這邊，還得來這個酒店，哈哈
