We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The hotel has convenient parking, rich breakfast, seafood barbecue in the evening, and band performances, very cost-effective. Snacks, drinks and milk were delivered every day. Free water was provided 6 bottles every day, and a bathtub cover was also given. I took a beautiful bath every night with snacks. This service is really awesome👍 The library on the top of the mountain is very beautiful. It is really pleasant to take a cable car up, drink coffee, read books, and look at the beautiful scenery outside the window. There is also a swimming pool with a constant temperature of 28 degrees in the hotel. The water is quite clear and the inside is quite clean. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, with local specialties such as oatmeal nests, candied dates, and fried yellow rice cakes. I highly recommend the sugar-coated pancakes, which are small and crispy and super delicious😋 This trip was very good, and I will come here again next time😄

The room is very comfortable, with complete facilities. There is a small balcony with a view of the lake. The night view is also very beautiful. The front desk service is very good. We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza . Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful. The restaurant staff are really spot on too. Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok. Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna . Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.
