Clean and convenient hotel with a view on the ski slopes. Discount for ski pass available at hotel as well as equipment rental. But we decided to go directly to the main ski hall as it was more convient for us to return the equipment. Breakfast is ok. Mainly Chinese choices but there are toasts, jams and cereals for western palates. Coffee is good too.

This was a fantastic stay. The staff were very friendly and helpful and really made the trip enjoyable. The rooms and amenities were all modern, clean, and comfortable. All my future stays in Zhangjiakou will be here!

The place is a little hard to find. Not for me but for the SF delivery guy who sent my bike to the wrong hotel 😆 the helpful staff however did everything to support me getting it back ASAP. I really liked the place because the rooms looked like little apartments. It was a living room, kitchen, washing machines including dryer. Great when you get all your clothes dirty on the trails 👍🏼 Bring or buy your own washing powder however. And your cutlery if you’re planning to cook anything! The shelves in the kitchen are all empty 😜 Everything was clean and nice. The hotel has a little hot spa area which is nice after an exhausting day of downhill riding. Restaurant is good and has vegetarian options. All in all nothing to complain about. Maybe a little tiny bit to pricy though.

We went to Chongli for skiing, and the price is too high! There is a large double bed in the inner room and two beds in the outer room. It is much more convenient for the three of us to live in. The double bathroom of the suite is standard. What surprises me most about this family suite is that there are even double bathrooms! Hotel location is also good, take a taxi to Fulong Ski Resort for about three minutes, go out not far from the station, there is a large public direct access to the snow field. The surrounding area is all delicious! The very hot Dawei roasted whole sheep is next to the hotel, a large street across the street is full of restaurants, don't eat too convenient! Hotel service is also very good, if there is a room available, you can check in four hours in advance. There is a small square in front of the hotel, there is a sculpture, so the view is wide, and the night view outside the window at night is beautiful.

I was a little dissatisfied when I was told that I couldn't participate in the art activities when I was about to arrive, but the service provided by Butler Xiaofang was so great that I deserved to be treated like a home away from home.
