The location of the hotel is also very good, guarding the high-speed exit, convenient transportation, there are many attractions nearby, go to Dajingmen and Zhangjiakou Fort are very close, go to the Wucheng Street Night Market recommended by the little girl at the front desk at night, very lively, a lot of snacks, the next day transfer station Zhangbei Grassland Tianlu is very convenient, Half an hour arrived. In short, I really like this hotel and highly recommend!

We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

Once again, I stayed at the Zhangjiakou Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel. I felt that the service was as good as ever. The waiter helped us deliver the luggage to the room. We asked for buckwheat skin pillows alone. The room is spacious and bright, clean and hygienic, the bathroom is good Facilities: Very good, shower water is large. The hotel has convenient parking, rich breakfast, seafood barbecue in the evening, and band performances, very cost-effective. In the future, I will continue to choose Zhangjiakou Beichen Wuzhou Crown Hotel.

Snacks, drinks and milk were delivered every day. Free water was provided 6 bottles every day, and a bathtub cover was also given. I took a beautiful bath every night with snacks. This service is really awesome👍 The library on the top of the mountain is very beautiful. It is really pleasant to take a cable car up, drink coffee, read books, and look at the beautiful scenery outside the window. There is also a swimming pool with a constant temperature of 28 degrees in the hotel. The water is quite clear and the inside is quite clean. The hotel's breakfast is quite rich, with local specialties such as oatmeal nests, candied dates, and fried yellow rice cakes. I highly recommend the sugar-coated pancakes, which are small and crispy and super delicious😋 This trip was very good, and I will come here again next time😄

We enjoyed staying at Crowne plaza . Special mention to the Executive chef Scott Zhang who made sure we got our meals as how we wanted .The front office Paul Zhang and Joseph were really helpful. The restaurant staff are really spot on too. Breakfast was amazing ...a buffet with all sorts of food for the three days we stayed the food items were different. There's alacarte service for the rest of the day which is ok. Very clean rooms and despite the temperature dip the room was heated well. Enjoyed the skiing that's close to the hotel .Lots of activities to do.We couldn't ask for a better Christmas. Will definitely recommend people with families to enjoy the hot tubs on the 10th floor after a day of skiing you can relax at the Steam and Sauna . Great service and overall the Staff are well motivated.

The location was great for skiing and as hotel guests we received a discount on renting gear. The beds were comfortable and it was great to have a little kitchen and an electric fireplace. There was also a nice little ice wonderland next door that was fun for the kids and we got a discount as hotel guests.
