It was my first time to stay. The decoration was amazing. The check-in experience was great. It rained that day and the service was also very good. I could use an umbrella for free. We chose this hotel since we wanted to go on staycation and this isn't too far from Thaiwoo Ski Resort. We arrived at about 7pm in the hotel and the parking lot was full but some cars were parking beside the hotel's entrance so we just followed them and parked too. We thought it was alright since nobody told us not to. But the next day early in the morning they called us to move our car because it doesn't look good for their hotel and since we aren't morning people we were kinda pissed. They could have told us last night. Although; this thing happened to us, we still think the hotel is nice for staying. Great rooms.

The check-in process was very smooth. They even offer self check-in. After we arrived to our room we received a welcome plate of fruit and yogurt. The room we stayed in was a masterpiece of design, meticulously decorated with a keen eye for detail, and the cleanliness maintained by the staff was impeccable. We thoroughly enjoyed the buffet breakfast, which offered an impressive variety of dishes, including both Western and Chinese cuisines. The area surrounding the hotel boasts breathtaking views of the river, adding to the overall charm of our stay. The only thing missing is a swimming pool. The other amenities are very nice.

In short, I really like this hotel and highly recommend!

Great for a family or group trip - spacious suites with room to gather. Prompt service. The kitchen is empty, no plates, knives, pots/pans. Breakfast is okay. The location is great, just a few minutes from the high speed rail (Taizicheng) and walking distance to restaurants and the equipment rental hall. Access to the hot springs is included.

We had a wonderful stay and enjoyed skiing. The slopes are well prepared and easy to ski. We enjoyed CNY at the hotel and also the F&B Arrangement did meet our expectations - even though we are European. I would like to mention that the staff was very helpful - especially Hannah (Front office) and also both the F &B Manager and Housekeeping Manager made sure we were well looked after and all three spoke very good English. Thank you very much and we will visit again.
