I rarely comment, but this time I was really angry. There is a KTV on several floors downstairs of the hotel. I was suddenly woken up by noisy singing at 1 o'clock in the middle of the night. The KTV's unique super bass boomed, making it so noisy that I couldn't sleep at all. I called the front desk and said they were coordinating. But after an hour, not only did it have no effect, but it got louder and louder. I had no choice but to call 110. The sound stopped after half an hour. It was almost 3 o'clock. The hotel’s own KTV cannot guarantee that it will not disturb the guests’ rest. It’s really unbelievable. This is my first negative review in history.
