The downside is that the entire hotel is laid out like a 'Hui' character (回), meaning some rooms can be incredibly far, requiring quite a walk."

I called the front desk, and they immediately escalated it to management. Within an hour, the room was perfectly restored, good as new! The next day, as a service recovery gesture, Mr. Wang from management even personally drove us to the high-speed train station. Even though it was only a 10-minute drive, this level of care truly shows their dedication to customer experience. Highly recommend!"

"Facilities: The room decor is quite modern, and all the amenities are new. The faucets are TOTO, looking very clean. The air conditioning temperature was a bit tricky; I had to set it around 23 degrees to get it right. Service: I got a free room upgrade upon check-in, and they gave me yogurt, fruit, and snacks. The breakfast selection was quite varied. Transportation: It's very close to Zhangye West Station, less than a ten-minute walk, and also near the distribution center for tours, making it very convenient for day trips."

"There are many dining options near the hotel. The front desk staff are friendly—they not only served us tea upon arrival but also helped take our luggage to the elevator entrance. The room is equipped with smart devices, and Xiaodu can help control the lights, curtains, TV, and even play music. Around 3:30 a.m., we were woken up by a fire alarm. All guests were evacuated to the street across from the hotel, where staff and firefighters could investigate the issue. The alarm was not lifted until about 5 a.m., allowing us to return to our rooms to sleep. When checking out in the morning, we learned that a drunk guest had shattered a fire alarm. The hotel gave us a full refund—a very responsible approach that deserves praise. The hotel should strictly prohibit guests from smoking in the hallways. Even though non-smoking rooms are requested, the smell of cigarette smoke drifts in from the corridor. I hope the hotel can improve this"

"The service was excellent, you could tell the hotel put a lot of thought and effort into their operations. The value for money during the May Day holiday was also fantastic! Upon arrival, security guards directed me to parking, helped with luggage, and guided me through check-in – a big shout-out to the security team! The front desk staff thoughtfully offered hot water and towels to clean hands during check-in, which was a very nice touch. Plus, a dedicated staff member helped bring my luggage directly to my room door. The room was prepped with a foot bath and cucumbers for a facial, and the bedding was very comfortable. Highly recommend staying here!"

When I returned in the evening, they brought me a tremella soup that was clearly made with care, and it tasted great. They also brought me a pillow that was just right for me. Breakfast was absolutely fantastic! The butler was always very attentive to my needs and even helped me wash my car."

Environment: Three hotels are located on the same floor, and since they just opened, there's a noticeable new-building smell. Service: Mechanized service."
