Zhangye Hotels with Gym

This is genuinely the best hotel I stayed at during my trip to the Northwest. I found out about it last year when I was planning my trip and saw it highly recommended by many users on Xiaohongshu. At the time, I wondered if it could really be that good, thinking it might just be a paid advertisement because the descriptions were so glowing. But after staying here, I realized it wasn't an ad at all – it really is that amazing. So much so that later, when we went to other places, my friends often compared other hotels to this one, saying this one was still better (and we even stayed in more expensive hotels on the trip, so please don't argue that it's just about the price, thanks). First off, they offer complimentary airport pick-up and drop-off, which you just need to book in advance – and it's free! Secondly, the service attitude is absolutely fantastic. From the moment I arrived, through check-in, and until I checked out, they always helped me with my luggage. My bags were seriously heavy, so I was incredibly happy about that! What's more, the hotel provides free laundry service. The best part is that they'll come to your room to pick up your laundry and then deliver it back to you once it's done. Finally, no more staring at the washing machine and trying to time when to go get my clothes! I'd come back in the evening to find my clothes clean and even a fruit platter waiting for me on the table! In the evenings, they offer complimentary milk or dessert; you just need to call the front desk if you want it. The room also has a foot-soaking tub, complete with bath salts and hot water, which is incredibly thoughtful. Finally, when I checked out, I mentioned I needed an invoice. I actually forgot about it later, but then the hotel called me to ask if I still needed one! Oh my goodness, it's the first time I've encountered such an amazing hotel. I will definitely stay here again next time!!!

This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

I absolutely have to rave about this Orange Hotel! The moment I walked in, I was charmed by the bright orange and green color scheme and the refreshing citrus scent. The lobby's design is incredibly stylish, making every photo-op Instagram-worthy. My room was spotless and well-organized, with seamless smart room controls. The mattress was just the right softness, and the soundproofing was excellent – I had a completely undisturbed night's sleep. The complimentary orange candies and sweet orange toiletries show incredible attention to detail. The service was warm and responsive, and both check-in and check-out were super efficient. The value for money is outstanding. Whether you're on a business trip or doing a city walk, staying here is both comfortable and hassle-free. I'll definitely be back!

If I didn't have to wait until after my reservation to leave a review, I would have raved about this place yesterday! Saying this was the best hotel I stayed at during my Qinghai-Gansu mini-loop trip doesn't even begin to cover how I feel. I can be more effusive, but I'm absolutely not exaggerating: I can't say this is the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in, but I can definitely say it's the most thoughtful! From the moment I parked my car and the security guard helped with my luggage, to the front desk attendant offering a warm towel and hot tea, and returning my ID not just as is, but in a beautiful and heartwarming cardholder after check-in. A few small details in the room almost brought tears to my eyes, and I'm a grown man! Upon entering, I saw complimentary roses, Chinese knots, and snacks, all artfully arranged to create just the right cozy vibe. And then, there was even a foot bath and cucumber face masks! Every little surprise seemed to say, 'We genuinely care about you.' In this fast-paced world, finding a hotel that's willing to slow down and treat guests like family is incredibly rare. Thank you, Zhangye Huachen International Hotel, you've made me believe that the warmest scenery during a trip is the people you meet!

We were on a road trip through Zhangye, and a friend recommended this hotel. Apparently, it was renovated and upgraded again this year. The stay was really pleasant; I loved the room's style, and the toiletries smelled great. Most importantly, the location is super convenient—it's a short walk to the Giant Buddha Temple and Ganzhou Market.

This hotel is great! It's very clean and the smart speaker makes everything super convenient. The hotel itself is new with excellent facilities and a lovely environment. It's close to the scenic area, just a ten-minute walk away. The service is incredibly warm and enthusiastic, and the owner is always ready to help with anything. Highly recommend it to everyone!

It was a very modern hotel, with clean and spacious room. Equipment was sufficient and much use of energy saving device in the whole hotel by use of sensors. Hotel staff on seeing guests at lift entrance will greet them. At check out, the duty manager also politely greeted us goodbye and brought our two luggage to waiting taxi and wish us a present trip. A senior staff on duty suggested an eatery when asked for recommendation where locals will eat, and I ended eating there everyday. Security was good and we always felt safe. They also came to room to offer special brewed tea in the evening. A very personal gesture.

The room was clean, tidy, and well-lit, with soft and comfortable bedding. The soundproofing was also excellent, ensuring a high-quality rest. The front desk service was warm and professional, and check-in was efficient and quick. The staff were gentle and polite, showing thoughtfulness in every detail. The hygiene, facilities, and service were all top-notch, offering great value for money. It's an excellent choice for any trip, and I'll prioritize staying here again next time. Highly recommended!

A short walk from the train station. Surrounding areas is pretty isolated and quiet. Not much eatery there but there's was a pretty decent place that served good mutton. Room itself is good. Big and roomy and quiet also. Aircon , hot water, also good. Except that the door always slammed hard and loud each time it closes. So I normally guide it to close. Very typical breakfast in most hotels. Simple but not much choices but good to last the morning

Smart room. Very hygienic and comfortable. The equipment is very good. The environment is quiet and beautiful... The waiter Xiong has a very good attitude, good service and conscientiousness. It’s a sincere recommendation
