Zhangye Hotels with Gym

This is the first time I've specifically waited to review a hotel: 1. Location: Less than 10 minutes from the high-speed train station, very convenient. 2. Service: Beyond five-star service! They added me on WeChat in advance, and all the hotel staff were incredibly enthusiastic. Every detail was meticulously taken care of, from bottled water available everywhere to free laundry and drying facilities, complete with laundry detergent. In the evenings, there were complimentary sweet soups, milk, and pastries. It was so convenient when traveling with a child and ordering extra food. There were welcome gifts upon check-in and also gifts upon check-out, plus a play area for kids. An excellent hotel! 👍👍👍

The facilities are excellent and very satisfying. The bedding in the room was super comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The bathroom had strong water pressure and instant hot water, making for a pleasant shower experience. The hotel also features a gym, which was perfect for keeping up with our workout routine while traveling. The business center was well-equipped and met all our temporary work needs. Overall, the hotel's amenities are top-notch and truly commendable!

This hotel is great! It's very clean and the smart speaker makes everything super convenient. The hotel itself is new with excellent facilities and a lovely environment. It's close to the scenic area, just a ten-minute walk away. The service is incredibly warm and enthusiastic, and the owner is always ready to help with anything. Highly recommend it to everyone!

Fantastic stay with wonderful service (Just double-check the directions!) The hotel itself is impressive—spacious, spotless, and backed by incredible service. The front desk staff went above and beyond, even ordering KFC delivery for us because we didn't have the local app, and later arranging a three-wheeled vehicle to transport our heavy luggage to the railway station. The only hitch was finding the property. The listed phone number wasn't working and our driver’s Baidu GPS couldn’t locate the address (luckily, a friend of his pointed us in the right direction). Once you arrive, though, everything is brilliant. Highly recommended!

👍✨️⛱️Absolutely loved my stay! The room was meticulously cleaned, the bathroom spotless, and the location was fantastic – super convenient for getting around. The room itself was spacious and bright, hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The service was warm, professional, and very responsive. Facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This place offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit, it's a must-choose when in Zhangye!

The hotel is located at a super convenient distance from the Dafo temple and there are many nice eateries around. The room is generally clean and breakfast is nice. Although I booked a non-smoking room but there is a constant cigarette smell in the room. I suspect it might be due to the air ventilation duct, so it is spread to my room when other guest smoke in their rooms. Although the staff uses air refresher to help reduce the smell but it's effect is temporary.

This hotel is perfect for business trips. The spacious desk in the room is great for working, and the Wi-Fi is fast and stable. The soundproofing is excellent, so you won't be disturbed by noise from the hallway. The bathroom has strong water pressure and 24-hour hot water. Check-in at the front desk was quick. Overall, it's simple, comfortable, and completely meets the needs of a business traveler.

From check-in to check-out, the service was consistently warm and attentive, making me feel truly at home. The room was spacious and bright, impeccably clean, and the bedding was so comfortable I had a wonderful night's sleep. Breakfast offered a great variety and tasted delicious. The facilities were excellent, the environment was peaceful, and the location was super convenient. It offers fantastic value for money, and I highly recommend it to everyone. I'll definitely choose this place again for my next trip!

A short walk from the train station. Surrounding areas is pretty isolated and quiet. Not much eatery there but there's was a pretty decent place that served good mutton. Room itself is good. Big and roomy and quiet also. Aircon , hot water, also good. Except that the door always slammed hard and loud each time it closes. So I normally guide it to close. Very typical breakfast in most hotels. Simple but not much choices but good to last the morning

We are an Italian family and we stayed at this hotel for around 10 days while we were fixing our motorhome in Zhangye. This hotel has the perfect position for us, near the beautiful and calm lake and with the city centre reachable with a short taxi drive. Our room at the ground floor had a private garden from which we enjoyed the sunshine every day, and my child was given a very cute camping tent that she loved to play with. One of the buildings in the hotel is a very nice restaurant that we enjoyed twice. Last but not least, the staff was so kind to us every day and extremely helpful with lot of things like ordering delivery food or receiving packages - as we don’t speak any Chinese at all, this was a blessing for us.
