GGuest UserEnvironment: Great location, close to the high-speed train station, and they offer pick-up and drop-off services.
Service: The service was exceptional. Every evening, they provided a complimentary tremella soup and some snacks. They were also very enthusiastic about recommending local eateries.
The off-season in the Northwest is truly wonderful!

GGuest UserOne of the nicest hotels I got to stay at in China so far despite it being the cheapest. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, from the front desk clerks to the doorman. Beautifully decorated rooms with complementary snacks brought to the room every night (either fruits or an assortment of biscuits).
The hotel is only 1000m from Zhangye West Train Station with tons of restaurants just a few meters away. In early April I was able to find a parking spot in the private parking lot in front of the hotel even late at night. Highly recommended experience.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel is near the Zhangye West Expressway exit, with a great environment and cleanliness. The front desk staff are friendly, and there is plenty of parking. The mattress is very soft and comfortable. However, the smart home assistant in the room is a bit unresponsive, often repeating commands without executing them. The guest control is also unreliable when turning the lights on and off. It is also a bit far from the city center for dining.

Hotel. Not a major city in China, not so much activities at night around the hotel.
Room is a bit old and carpet is quite dirty. Have requested to change room due to wet carpet.
Service is great, customer service is eager to serve and replace a room immediately and apologies.
Next day gift a bag of local dates to apologies. Which I feel they want to do well.
Do support and give feedback for them to do better.

제제임스0215There's a Korean saying, 'Life on the road is always tough,' meaning that no matter how wonderful a place is, you'll still feel tired and weary away from home. However, during my Silk Road journey, the Zhangye Rainbow Bay International Hotel welcomed my fatigued self with warm smiles.
While it doesn't aim for overt luxury, its practical and attentive service truly impressed me. My two-night stay here was incredibly comfortable and created beautiful memories. I sincerely thank the manager for their kind smile and enthusiasm, and all the restaurant staff for their goodwill and care.

GGuest UserI had the honor to stay at this Oasis Hotel this time. I didn't expect it to be a very pleasant and satisfying experience. From booking to check-in, and then to check-out, I felt very comfortable throughout the whole process.
Environment: The hotel's location is very advantageous, a few minutes away from the high-speed rail station, and the transportation is very convenient. It is convenient to the city center or surrounding attractions. Moreover, the surrounding area of the hotel is relatively quiet, and it is very convenient to eat, drink, live and travel.
Facilities: The hotel lobby is spacious and bright, elegantly decorated, large and clean, the tea bar is also very good, and all kinds of equipment are comprehensive. The room is spacious and bright, and the layout is very warm and comfortable. The bed is moderately soft and hard, which makes people have a good night's sleep. Moreover, the room is also equipped with a footbath, a humidifier, air conditioning, TV, safe, etc., which is very convenient to live in. What surprised me most was that the hotel's laundry room is so good and convenient!
Service: The service staff at the front desk are enthusiastic and professional, and they are also very beautiful. The check-in speed is fast. EEugene1810This was my first time visiting Zhangye, and I chose this hotel. The room was beautiful and spacious, and the hygiene was excellent. Since I was on a high floor, the view from my room was stunning, and I could even see the high-speed train station. The breakfast selection was plentiful and varied. I also want to thank the front desk staff for their help. If you're looking to book a tour to attractions like Mati Temple or the Rainbow Mountains (Qicai Danxia), you can inquire at the Zhangye Tourist Center located here. I would definitely choose to stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Zhangye.

I was impressed by the Holiday Inn Express at Zhangye for their excellent customer services, delicious breakfast, and room facilities. Their room rate was also surprisely friendly. This low rate may not last once the hotel completes its renovation.

Transportation was convenient, and there was ample parking in the city, which was quite a challenge. Many hotels have parking lots directly on the street, with limited or no spaces. We checked out of another hotel and booked this one. For your reference.
