4-Star Hotels in Zhangye

I really liked how spacious and clean the rooms were here. I'm not sure if they were actually soundproofed, but I couldn't hear anything outside of my room, which made for some good sleep. The staff were very friendly, and there were plenty of breakfast options. Also, this hotel was quite stylish, it was nice just walking around it! My only complaint would be that it is a bit far from the city center if you don't have a car and need to rely on walking...there are still restaurants nearby, but you need to walk about 15-20 minutes to get to them.

One of the nicest hotels I got to stay at in China so far despite it being the cheapest. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, from the front desk clerks to the doorman. Beautifully decorated rooms with complementary snacks brought to the room every night (either fruits or an assortment of biscuits). The hotel is only 1000m from Zhangye West Train Station with tons of restaurants just a few meters away. In early April I was able to find a parking spot in the private parking lot in front of the hotel even late at night. Highly recommended experience.

👍✨️⛱️Absolutely loved my stay! The room was meticulously cleaned, the bathroom spotless, and the location was fantastic – super convenient for getting around. The room itself was spacious and bright, hygiene was impeccable, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The service was warm, professional, and very responsive. Facilities were comprehensive, and the breakfast was delicious and plentiful. This place offers incredible value for money. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit, it's a must-choose when in Zhangye!

I stayed at the Capital Holiday Hotel during my two-day trip to Zhangye. The hotel was clean, well-equipped, and had excellent service. The staff at the hotel delivered the takeaway food I ordered to my room door, and parking was also convenient.

The large sign for the hotel entrance is missing several characters, leaving only 'Jade'. It really should be repaired. For those arriving at Zhangye West Station with large luggage, please avoid this hotel. We chose this place because it seemed close to Zhangye West Station. However, getting from the station requires crossing a very large intersection. There's no crosswalk at the closest crossing point. I'm not sure if there's one at the far end of the intersection; it was hard to see at night. We didn't want to cross the road three times in the opposite direction, so we opted for the nearest underpass. Since we had big suitcases and the underpass only had stairs, it was utterly exhausting. The next day, when we went out, we saw some tourists taking risks, directly crossing the road at the point without a crosswalk. It was quite alarming to watch. After crossing the road, we found the entrance had a barrier gate that only opened for cars. Pedestrians couldn't get through without it lifting. We then had to traverse a sloped, grassy area to get to the entrance. I'm really fed up with the design by Zhangye City administration and this hotel.

The hotel's equipment and facilities are designed to be very user-friendly, taking into account the actual needs and usage habits of the guests. For example, the sockets in the guest rooms are reasonably located, which is convenient for guests to charge and use electronic devices; all kinds of necessary equipment for a four-star hotel are available, the room items are very comprehensive, and a midnight snack plate is also provided, which is really thoughtful! The signs in the public areas are clear and concise, allowing guests to easily find where they want to go; at the same time, the hotel also provides 24-hour room butler service and luggage storage service, which provides great convenience for guests' travel. The sanitation service environment is quite good, relatively convenient, and quiet, and you can sleep well. In short, this is a very satisfactory accommodation experience. A family that provides service with heart!

This was my first stay at the Holiday Inn Express Zhangye. Usually, when I'm in Zhangye for business, I just pick any hotel, but this time I chose it because a friend told me how beautiful Ganzhou Fucheng is and that there are lots of great food options to explore. So, I picked the Holiday Inn Express that's really close to Ganzhou Fucheng. As soon as I walked into the lobby, the staff greeted me warmly and quickly helped me check in, even upgrading me to a room with a view of Ganzhou Fucheng. The room was incredibly spacious and quiet. From my room, I could see the entire Zhangye Wetland Park and the Ganzhou Fucheng night market. After work, I went to the Ganzhou Fucheng night market, browsed around, and even had some delicious Fried Bola. The hotel room was clean and tidy, the staff provided excellent service, and the breakfast was incredibly rich and varied. They even offered me a complimentary late check-out. This stay was absolutely perfect, and I'll definitely come back if I have the chance!

The room was spacious and well-ventilated before I checked in, and the bedding was comfortable. I slept really well. Zhangye's scenery is indeed beautiful, and the Rainbow Mountains (Qicai Danxia) are highly recommended and not far from the hotel. The hotel's breakfast was also quite good. The person in charge of this hotel was truly exceptional; they personally guided and introduced things to guests at the front desk during check-in, and even saw us off to our car at checkout. They had absolutely no airs of a leader, very humble. You wouldn't guess they were both an investor and manager. I forgot to take pictures of the hotel, but I left my footprints in Zhangye. With such a leader, you can definitely stay here with peace of mind.

The suite was spacious enough, and while the facilities were a bit dated, they were clean. The staff was friendly, especially the front desk. Transportation was convenient, and there was ample parking in the city, which was quite a challenge. Many hotels have parking lots directly on the street, with limited or no spaces. We checked out of another hotel and booked this one. For your reference.
