The hotel was clean and tidy, and the rooms were cozy and spacious. The location was excellent, and the housekeeping staff were very friendly. The front desk lady was also super enthusiastic; she even upgraded our room type when she saw we had kids and elderly with us. The room itself was bright and spacious, with smooth and reliable Wi-Fi. They even provided children's toiletries. There are plenty of convenient dining options nearby. Highly recommend!

If I didn't have to wait until after my reservation to leave a review, I would have raved about this place yesterday! Saying this was the best hotel I stayed at during my Qinghai-Gansu mini-loop trip doesn't even begin to cover how I feel. I can be more effusive, but I'm absolutely not exaggerating: I can't say this is the most luxurious hotel I've ever stayed in, but I can definitely say it's the most thoughtful! From the moment I parked my car and the security guard helped with my luggage, to the front desk attendant offering a warm towel and hot tea, and returning my ID not just as is, but in a beautiful and heartwarming cardholder after check-in. A few small details in the room almost brought tears to my eyes, and I'm a grown man! Upon entering, I saw complimentary roses, Chinese knots, and snacks, all artfully arranged to create just the right cozy vibe. And then, there was even a foot bath and cucumber face masks! Every little surprise seemed to say, 'We genuinely care about you.' In this fast-paced world, finding a hotel that's willing to slow down and treat guests like family is incredibly rare. Thank you, Zhangye Huachen International Hotel, you've made me believe that the warmest scenery during a trip is the people you meet!

We were on a road trip through Zhangye, and a friend recommended this hotel. Apparently, it was renovated and upgraded again this year. The stay was really pleasant; I loved the room's style, and the toiletries smelled great. Most importantly, the location is super convenient—it's a short walk to the Giant Buddha Temple and Ganzhou Market.

It was a very modern hotel, with clean and spacious room. Equipment was sufficient and much use of energy saving device in the whole hotel by use of sensors. Hotel staff on seeing guests at lift entrance will greet them. At check out, the duty manager also politely greeted us goodbye and brought our two luggage to waiting taxi and wish us a present trip. A senior staff on duty suggested an eatery when asked for recommendation where locals will eat, and I ended eating there everyday. Security was good and we always felt safe. They also came to room to offer special brewed tea in the evening. A very personal gesture.

I stayed at the Capital Holiday Hotel during my two-day trip to Zhangye. The hotel was clean, well-equipped, and had excellent service. The staff at the hotel delivered the takeaway food I ordered to my room door, and parking was also convenient.

We made a last-minute decision to visit Zhangye, and after booking, we made a phone call and the check-in was smooth and worry-free. The service was incredibly heartwarming: the man who opened the door greeted us with a smile, the front desk lady offered us hot tea, and even helped us check the high-speed rail schedule. Even the cleaning lady we passed in the hallway offered to help us press the elevator button. The friendly smiles throughout the entire journey made the fatigue of going out so much less. The facilities were complete, clean, and the location was very convenient, about a 10-minute walk from the high-speed rail station. The newly opened Aegean Sea Mall is also nearby. An evening stroll there was just in time for the night market, where we could grab a milk tea and slowly walk back to the hotel. It was the perfect place for a relaxing trip. It was a last-minute stay, but the experience was surprisingly comfortable. I've already recommended this hotel to colleagues planning to visit Zhangye, and I'll definitely stay here again.

Parking is free, and laundry facilities are convenient, making it suitable for both short and long stays, especially for those traveling by car. It's also close to the night market, offering a fantastic selection of characteristic BBQ for dinner. Areas for improvement: the air conditioning was a bit weak, and the shower water pressure was insufficient. I suggest the owner checks the equipment; fixing these would definitely elevate the guest experience.

Oh my god, this hotel only cost a little over 90 yuan, and the room has heating, air conditioning, a wet/dry bathroom, and smart voice control. When I saw the price, I really hesitated because I hadn't stayed anywhere this cheap on this trip, so I was a bit worried. After we got into the room, my husband exclaimed, 'At this price, the hotel must be losing money, running a business these days is just too hard!' And on top of that, the hotel even included breakfast for two, and the variety of breakfast items was quite rich. I absolutely have to give it a good review. The only minor downsides are that parking isn't very convenient, and you have to pay for parking yourself.
