GGuest UserThe hotel is not in the city centre, but that's why we choose it ..... for the tranquility and the quite environment.
The establishment is impeccable, we pay around HK$8xx, and have to admit this is very good value (even considering not much facilities).
The restaurant team are awesome, very attentive, eagar to assist in a warm and welcoming manner. We went for breadfast daily, and from the second day, they remember our breakfast drink!
The spa, much room for improvement...... considering the price, really would not expect ”smelly” bath robe (the price is around 2 to 3 times the price one pay at a spa parlour locally).
During my stay, the hotel is under a planned renovation construction (we were told) - work is going on even over the weekends, that was very unfortunate. Especially we are looking for a quite hotel! I really think they should state at the booking portal and let people know!
The most disappointing part is, the reception team were recommending car service to us (for our return trip to Danang). The original price quote was US$92. We booked.
On the departure day, we were asked to pay, the bill was shown in VND (local currency) and I noticed there are service charge and tax applied. So I ask if the US$92 included the service charge and tax. The reception gentleman was slight agitated and say something like ”every body knows service charge and tax are applied to bills in Vietnam”.
We were then checking the bill and tried to figure out if the US$92 were inclusive of the service charge and tax. While we were doing that, the reception gentleman told us, yes, the US$92 were already including the the service charge and tax. We were a bit itimidated then, and not wanting to further ruin our holiday mood, so we paid and leave.
The car trip was very pleasant and the driver was very polite and attentive.
When we are home, we check the bill again, and find out, we paid around US$112 for the trip. (ie, the originally quote price US$92 is not inclusive of service and tax. More so, the reception gentleman that explained the price to us, was either uncompetent or dishonest!

GGuest UserThis is an older hotel with a lot of character, set amidst beautiful gardens. Rooms are very clean and spacious. The service is extremely attentive. It boasts three swimming pools with very clean water. The grounds are beautifully landscaped with lush tropical plants.
Breakfast is excellent, offering a wide variety of choices, with the fruit selection being particularly diverse and delicious.
However, there's one significant drawback: the room we were assigned this time backed onto a chicken coop. Roosters crowing late at night and in the early hours significantly disrupted our sleep. Additionally, the room's proximity to the main road at the back meant loud and startling truck horns at night. If you're fortunate enough to avoid rooms in these specific areas, you'll likely have a very enjoyable stay at this resort. However, if you're unlucky and get assigned to such a room, it will definitely impact your sleep.

JJenPI was treated like royalty from the moment I arrived for my 4 night stay. Requested a much earlier check in with no problem & no extra cost. Was offered a free upgrade to an incredible much larger apartment with a balcony overlooking the lagoon. Very comfortable bed & pillows.
The housekeeping staff cleaned every day & left fresh water & fruit. The breakfast selection is huge with an 'egg station' to have your eggs cooked just how you like. I ordered dinner to my room in the evening & the food & service was impeccable. The free Yoga & Tai Chi Classes are an extra bonus & I got the chance to kayak on the Lagoon for 2 hours which is also free. If I needed help with anything I just had to message & was replied to immediately. I also requested a later check out & that was done with no problem. The staff here are absolutely wonderful, if only all hotel staff were like this!
The only flaw at the Resort is the Bird Room. I didn't know birds would be in cages & unable to fly properly. This was upsetting & I can imagine may put some people off from booking. It doesn't make sense to cage birds when you are surrounded by them at the Resort. Apart from that aspect I have thoroughly enjoyed my stay & thank everyone who made it such a memorable experience.

GGuest UserMy second stay there and hopefully not my last one. If you are looking for a relaxing spa hotel surrounded by beautiful nature and calmness then Alba is your place. Modern architecture, lots of green, great pool, plenty of relaxing activities like yoga and meditation, the onsen, the massages etc.
Staff is extremely nice, professional and helpful. I didn't want to leave but unfinished can't do holidays forever

TThe HotelierThe location is perfect—right by the Perfume River and within walking distance of major attractions. The room was spacious, clean, and offered a stunning city view. Staff were warm, professional, and always eager to help. The breakfast buffet had a wide variety of both local and international dishes. I especially enjoyed relaxing by the rooftop pool in the evening. The hotel blends modern comfort with touches of traditional Vietnamese elegance. I would definitely recommend the TTC Imperial Hotel for anyone visiting Hue. Great value and service!

IIri_AsiaThis is so far the best ever resort I've had the pleasure to stay at. From exclusive and delicious food, to a delightful Spa, this resort has everything you need or want. The restaurants: Moomba, Rice Bowl, Rice Bar and Saffron, offer a wonderful selection of dishes suitable for lovers of meat and fish, and also suitable for vegans as well. The pool is incredible and has a nice little bar. The staff members are beyond friendly and caring. They remember your names, they always ask about your stay and they pay close attention to all of your needs. Especially, I'd love to mention Hien, who was very kind and caring, Linh, a wonderful lady, making sure we had no issues during the stay, and Trinh, who was a joy to talk to when we visited the golf facility. Overall, it was our second time there and we'd definitely go back!

GGuest UserIn general the stay was ok. The location is good, the hotel is clean and modern. However I cannot give a great rating because of the most bizarre thing that happened at check-out. Having already explained that we were in a rush as we had a flight to catch, the receptionist offered to check our room in case we had forgotten anything. I explained it wasn't necessary as we had checked thoroughly, and repeated that we were in a rush. Our pre-booked car was already waiting, and having loaded our luggage and go in, she instructed our driver not to leave until she had checked the room! I am a very regular traveler throughout Asia and beyond and this is not normal practice, and to attempt to delay our departure ahead of a 2-hour drive to the airport is both bizarre and completely unacceptable. I cannot recommend this hotel for this episode alone.

GGuest UserWe love this place. We had a beautiful spacious wooden cabin with a balcony overlooking the Pearl River. Phi, the manager looked after us splendidly and could not have done more. We locked ourselves out, he came up in his buggy, we forgot something, he came up in his buggy; he had a cooked sliced steak take-away breakfast with dragon fruit ready at 6.45am and a taxi. Thank you Phi and team! We come back one April to see the tombs and pagodas we missed.
