Amazing
SSdaiAmazing stay, even though hard to communicate without Vietnamese it was a great experience. Neighbors dogs were a bit noisy but overall a very positive experience, would love to come back in future. Grab taxi or bike is enough to access transport around the city but is not walking distance to sights.

MMartin GrahamThe hotel is located a little out of the Hue city centre so you will need your own transport or pay for taxis. There are a few shops and restaurants nearby but the choice is limited.
The room is enormous and very comfortable, even if some furniture is looking a bit tired.
The pool is great for relaxing after a day's sightseeing but gets very busy with local children around 4pm.
On 2 of the 3 nights I stayed, there were very noisy parties in the restaurant between 5 and 7pm with karaoke and kids being encouraged to have screaming competitions. It was at least quiet in the evening.

GGuest UserStaff were super friendly and helpful. Location is great. Sadly, good things ended here. Room that I’d was on the second floor. It’s quite run-down and strange design. It had a giant kind size bed with little space to walk around. Dresser had a loud squeaky sound whenever I opened it. Outside AC units were so loud that I couldn’t fall sleep. I even shut my room’s AC.! Luckily, I brought a pair of earplugs. Overall, it wasn’t a pleasant stay.

We recently stayed at the Century Riverside Hotel in Hue for one night. Overall, we had a positive experience and would certainly recommend it for travelers looking for a convenient base in the city.
Room Experience
We booked a family room with a connecting door. Upon arrival, we found that the setup was actually two small rooms with an open section between them, rather than two fully separate rooms with a connecting door. While this wasn't the exact layout we expected, it didn't bother us at all since we were only staying for one night. It is just worth keeping in mind if you are traveling as a family and prefer complete privacy.
The Highlights
Despite the room layout, the hotel excels in several key areas:
• Perfect Location: The hotel is centrally located, making it very easy to explore Hue and access everything you need nearby.
• Delicious Breakfast: The breakfast buffet was fantastic. It was very extensive, and everything we tasted was delicious—definitely a great way to start the morning.
• Friendly Staff: The service was a major highlight. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our time there, which really made our stay more pleasant.
Verdict: If you are looking for a well-located hotel with great service for a short stay in Hue, the Century Riverside Hotel is a solid choice.

The hottest palace was right across the river, so it was great to be able to check in and go right away.
The staff was friendly and the food was delicious.
In particular, the rice noodles included in the breakfast… They were much tastier than the rice noodle restaurants outside, so I highly recommend them.
I made a reservation for 3 days at first, and wanted to stay longer,
But when I tried to make an additional reservation, the price went up,
So I had no choice but to make an additional reservation on another site.
I wish I could have made the same price when making a connection reservation.
I am satisfied with the hotel.

WWilliamIt was nice here. No complaints from me. It was close to the expat/backpacker part of town so decent if you wanna enjoy nightlight but don’t want to stay in a hostel. Reasonably priced & helpful with storing my motorbike.

ТТаня РомаOverall we liked the hotel. We lived on the first floor. When we entered the room we felt the smell of moisture, but after the ventilation it became much better. Ask the second floor room, I think there will be better. Hotel is not new, but we really liked the place, among the garden, on the river bank, in the distance of the city noise, but the cycades are noisy all night. We didn't bother, slept with an open balcony. Water is hot without interruption, mixers new. The hotel is located in the middle relative to the imperial city and tombs. You can order dinner in the hotel, the prices are very adequate. Money can also be exchanged in the hotel, the course is good. Helped with renting a moped. The staff of the hotel is very tries, thank you very much. !

Has aged a lot, which is part of the appeal but does hinder its ability to score high for amenities. Staff were very good and helped me when needed. Would stay again and would recommend to others for staying in a historic hotel.
