From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. "This accommodation is a very pleasant place to stay. You can choose from a hotel room, a bungalow, or glamping. Everything is very clean and the staff are always ready to help with a smile. There's an English-speaking host at the front desk. The rooms are spacious, making for a comfortable stay. The accommodation is located right near the Perfume River, offering a beautiful view. The restaurant also has a wide selection and the food is delicious. If you're going to Hue, this is definitely a place you should consider. It's well worth it."

"Sue’s Homestay was a fantastic stay, room is nicely decorated, has aircon and is very clean. Location is perfect and central yet not noisy. Furthermore the lady (I presume Sue) was very sweet and accommodating. Would highly recommend. I rated 4/5 on amenites because the only thing it missed was a mini fridge, there is a mini bar in the room with water and Pepsi you can purchase, but I did not use it as the refreshments were warm."
