From the moment I arrived, I was warmly welcomed by the incredibly friendly, professional, and attentive staff, who made me feel at home immediately. The accommodation was spotless, elegant, and very comfortable. The room was beautifully designed with great attention to detail, offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere after a long day of sightseeing. Everything was well-maintained, and the bed was extremely comfortable. What truly sets this hotel apart is the exceptional service and genuine hospitality. The staff went above and beyond to assist with transportation arrangements, local recommendations, and every request I had — always with a smile and sincere kindness. Their helpfulness made my trip in Hue smooth, stress-free, and truly memorable. "Great hotel in a street close to nice coffees and restaurants, and the imperial palace is at a walkable distance. Great room size, smiling staff. The hotel is calm and enjoyable with lots of plants (downside was the presence of small ants if you have food so be careful). Would recommend !"

"It was incredible experience of staying in that apartment. The stuff was so kind and helpful, during my stay I’ve gotten a sick and felt really bad, but personal actually saved me, they provided me the medicine, water and was really helpful and supportive. The room was also great, stylish and peaceful. They even got me extra time for checking out, because of my state and got me sleep more. Love this place! Thanks you a lot!❤️"
