硬件還可以，位置有點偏，服務是整條線玩下來最差的，開車到門口等個人就一分鐘時間保安也不讓停，早餐煮麪的阿姨愛理不理，前台也不行

從張掖西站出來，就遭遇了出租車司機拖拽，膝蓋全都破了，三次報警後交警也不出警，出租車司機態度還極其惡劣，最後保險定損時是他的全責，竟然還説我耽誤了他的生意！嚴重影響了對張掖的印象。
是鑽石酒店服務人員人情周到的服務，才讓我在張掖又待了三天安心養傷。當我入住酒店時，前台嚴經理看到我膝蓋都破了，第一時間找來了輪椅，還為我升級了更舒適的房間。每次去前台詢問時，嚴經理和其他服務人員都無微不至。絕對好評。

前台小姐姐給我免費升級了房間，真的很感謝，態度也超好的。就是房間衞生不太理想，衞生間地面和浴室地面有毛髮……這個是本人比較介意的。其他都不錯。
