相較其他智能酒店有一定年代感，類似以前莫泰的感覺，鋪設的地毯，但地毯可能疏於打掃，表面一層灰，手劃過會留印記。淋浴房邊還明顯有之前小朋友貼的卡通貼紙。被子之類的很乾凈沒有異味。早餐不錯，感覺菜品還是比較新鮮的，味道也不錯。酒店工作人員服務態度挺好的，有問題也可以幫忙處理。總之，可以入住，但相較張掖其他酒店一百加的價格的話，感覺這樣的房間價格偏貴了。建議重新裝修下或者定期清理下地毯。

酒店衞生乾淨，服務很好唯一不足的是停車費需要報銷，入住了兩個房晚，很滿意！早餐品類很多很全，營養豐富，出品不錯還好吃。前台小姐姐都很熱情！服務很周到！入住很愉快，體驗感很好！愛了愛了！以後有機會還會入住！來張掖首選！

這是一家連鎖酒店，無論軟硬件都是全國統一的，設施，衞生，環境都非常好，特別值得一提的是服務，非常到位，我們有幸遇到的前台，是個漂亮的小姐姐，人美心善熱情周到，幫我們把行李送到房間，主動介紹當地的旅遊景點，因為當地非常乾燥，主動給我們加了瓶裝水，因為我們要出去遊玩，幫助我們把洗的衣服🧥收好，囑咐我們回來到總枱去取，簡直太貼心了。由於感覺住在這裏舒服，非常安靜，適合休息和恢復體力，我們臨時決定調整行程，多住一天。如果有機會再來張掖，還是要住這家酒店。這個小姑娘好像叫“張小怡”，非常遺憾的是沒拍照。
補充一句，這是一家性價比很高的的酒店。
