張掖甘州賓館雖然是一個老賓館，但是設施齊全完好，乾淨衞生整潔，住宿踏實安全。地理位置優越出行遊玩吃飯購物十分便利。開車進來後保安熱情指揮停車十分方便。特別是提供的泡腳桶服務非常有特色，旅途勞累一天泡個腳睏乏頓消，一覺睡到天亮。晚上助眠牛奶也十分温馨。
服務員見面熱情問好，尤其是前台的哈小麗女士服務非常到位，禮貌熱情服務主動周到細緻有問必答有難必幫，有哈小麗這樣熱情的服務員，住進甘州賓館就如同回到家了。所以我每次來張掖必住甘州賓館，下次還要住甘州賓館。
早餐雖然簡單但乾淨衞生能吃飽。建議多提供張掖本地特色的品種，如牛肉小飯哨子麪搓魚子等等，突出本地小吃特色以長補短。

房間挺好，環境不錯。
服務周到熱情，泡腳盆是亮點，還有熱牛奶贈送。
牀頭櫃前的吊燈設定不當，很容易碰頭。
總體來説，性價比很高，下次來張掖還會選擇入住。

設施説起來真不是太好，能聽到上層廁所用水聲。但我仍給了5分，因為整體上對得起180元房費，雖破舊但實用，服務也很好。

酒店位置好找，前台服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，可以免費停車。離大佛寺不遠，周圍吃飯的地方很多，每天晚上有浴鹽可以泡腳，每個還送熱牛奶，服務真的好。
