設施説起來真不是太好，能聽到上層廁所用水聲。但我仍給了5分，因為整體上對得起180元房費，雖破舊但實用，服務也很好。

酒店位置好找，前台服務熱情，房間乾淨衞生，可以免費停車。離大佛寺不遠，周圍吃飯的地方很多，每天晚上有浴鹽可以泡腳，每個還送熱牛奶，服務真的好。

近日，我們有幸再住甘州賓館，雖然館舍依舊，但熱情的服務不減！房間乾淨衞生，從點滴中透露出濃濃的服務熱情。特別通過兩件小事，感到很温馨:一是我們中午下車沒有趕上飯點，服務人員不厭其煩，專門為我們做了一頓富有地方特色的風味午餐；二是晚上就寢前，服務人員為我們送上了熱牛奶。透過熱氣騰騰的奶香味，我們感受到的是甘州賓館人至高無上的敬業精神！時間暫短，感受之深，衷心説一句:謝謝您們，甘州賓館人！

服務周到、性價比高、交通方便、周圍飯店多吃飯方便！酒店為客人着想，我們老同志同行，酒店以我們需求為第一，送礦泉水、酸奶、泡腳葯水到客房，又派了小周女士到火車站接我們，離開時是晚上，又派小周女士送我們到火車站。感謝酒店的服務！

熱水放了二十分鐘才是温水，沒有早飯，但是給我們送到了房間裏。種類還行五六樣東西，但是如果沒有早飯的房間和有早飯的相差了70元，這五六樣東西還是不太值70。
