The hotel is in Zhangye New District. The new hotel does not have much flavor. The breakfast is delicious, especially the small cannon. The taste is too good. It is suitable for living with children. There is not much to eat around. You can take a taxi to the city center and take a taxi. A fee of five to ten yuan is almost enough. The city is not very big, just like the mule market in Xi’an more than ten years ago.

This hotel is located near Zhangye High-speed Railway Station🚄. Food and transportation around the hotel are very convenient, which is more suitable for business trips! The room is well-equipped and the facilities are not too new, but they are very clean! The service is very good. Because I need a writing desk for work, the hotel upgraded the room for free🆓.

The location is relatively biased, the neighborhood is relatively empty, there are few choices for walking and eating, but parking is more convenient. The room is large, the front desk, the floor service attitude is quite good. The breakfast is rich in variety and I have eaten the long-lost yulan. It is not enough that the rooms and the dining on the second floor are connected together, which is strange and there are some hidden dangers in security. The team stayed at night, and the corridor was loud and noisy.

We came in very late and the front desk team at the hotel was just superb ! I made some mistakes in my booking and they happily and readily helped correct that. Although the front desk was very busy with many checking in, the attitude of the team was just wonderful. Special mention for Winnie and Carl. Their team spirit and “can do” attitude was most impressive. Other then the many checking in, there were kids sent by parents to do laundry asking for assistance. Winnie had to listened to the mom giving instructions via the wrist watch of the kid. Winnie handled in patiently and most politely. Her display of customer service was first rate !! I will definitely stay here again and tell my friends to do so too.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. Lived up to my expectation. From the moment we step into the hotel, everyone working for this hotel will smile at you. All the workers were really helpful and nice. The service was very good. There is a humidifier in the room which you can turn on due to the dry air. They even prepare basin for you to soak your leg during the evening. They even prepare snacks ,fruits and yogurt for you to snack in the evening. All these gestures make you feel so welcoming. Between, this hotel accept foreigners.

The room is generally OK. After all, it is still new after opening. . But the carpet was not clean and dusty on time. . The child's bare feet will turn black after a while. What's even more unbelievable is that there is a fee to watch CCTV 5689 on TV, and only VIPs can watch it. . It's the first time seeing you! And the hotel knows that 2 yuan will allow guests to watch normally. . When I left, I said that they were all like this, and our companions lived in another hotel not far away, everything was normal and we could watch the 5 Universiade games. . The breakfast is also very average because it should be outsourced, which is really almost meaningless. .
