The hotel environment is quiet in the middle of the bustle and the transportation is convenient. The hotel rooms are warm and comfortable. The cleaning lady cleans them every day and is spotless. The hotel was great, we had a very nice stay there. The location and facilities were perfect. The frontline staff (Eddie) was really helpful, he gave us an upgrade to a family room with bigger beds, so we could have a more comfortable stay in this city. The other staff were also very nice. Tim 高佳圳 helped us to book cars when we checked out and move to Xiamen, also helped us to take care of our belongings. And Ms Zhou 周珍珍 was very nice, she helped us with our hotel reservation in Xiamen. Overall, a really pleasant stay and memories in Zhangzhou, thanks to this hotel!

I have stayed in few Crowne Plaza hotels before and I noticed there are always mega construction projects beside the hotel. Pray that guest won’t be impacted by the loud construction noise in the morning. This hotel is well furnished but it is getting OLD and the nearest mall or small restaurants eateries are FAR away. . Great front desk staff and toiletries.

I came back to visit relatives before the Spring Festival and chose to stay at Wanda Hotel. It was really a good choice! First of all, it is very convenient to come from the airport. There is an airport shuttle bus that arrives directly. The transportation is convenient and there are many shuttle options. There is a concierge at the entrance of the hotel to help with luggage. The front desk service is warm and polite. We took the initiative to upgrade the membership floor and sent cookies. The guest room is large in size, the environment is good, the night view is beautiful, the room has complete facilities, the bathroom with wet and dry design is very good and practical. The air-conditioning facilities are complete, the temperature is suitable, and it is great to sleep! The set meals on the second floor are very cost-effective, and can be purchased as a group for two or three friends. The dishes are affordable and taste good, making it suitable for business banquets.

We visited in early March after the Spring Festival. Kids are back in school and adults are back at work so it is a lull period. The environment is excellent, a perfect getaway from city life. Due to the fact that there were few visitors at this, not all pools were filled up but we had the pools to ourselves. The SPA experience was good, very reasonably priced. Breakfast was surprisingly nice, maybe because I just like the Southern Min noodles.................. I'll be back.

We booked the family room, which is like a suite with a living area that it suitable for hosting visitors. Honestly that was the best feature of the room, plenty of space for 3 people to spread out and also for any visitors. There was a weird smell in the room from time to time which we couldn't quite pinpoint. Overall cleanliness was otherwise OK. Do note the location of the hotel is a little hard to find as the hotel is tucked behind another building so there is just a small alleyway for you to get to. Local drivers seemed familiar enough though so if you are getting to the hotel by taxi no issues.

I went to the May Day holiday and it was the first time I went to the village. In the quiet village, parking was very convenient. When I entered the door, the steps like a fairyland were very comfortable. The inside was also great. We didn’t live along the lake this time. I lived in the middle of the building. The view was also very good. It was quite big and comfortable. The owner and sister Yang are very enthusiastic, there is a relaxed and comfortable feeling of going home, and there are two dogs, Adu and his son Alpha, super obedient, especially cute! In short, the trip to Zhuang is good, very suitable for relaxing vacation, the first time I come, I will go again next time!
