觀雲山莊是沿小山頭建起來的，環境不錯，運氣好的話還能看到雲海。前台和餐廳的工作人員都很好，有求必應。小朋友的鞋子不小心掉到十數米的房間山坡下，前台二話不説就下去幫忙撿。唯一的遺憾是房間設施的細節沒做好，比如推拉門鎖釦太緊，淋浴房收邊條太長導致門關不上等等。
天柱山從山腳往上依次是動物園，海洋館（海豚酒店），觀雲莊園，天柱天境。其中，動物園和海洋館能在酒店買到優惠門票，天境不需要門票。
現在入住買一晚送一晚很划算，剩最後三四天了，需要的人趕緊下單。

定的一棟小木屋，兩個大床房型。樓上是餐廳、小衞生間、客廳、和陽台。樓下兩個房間都有獨立的衞生間。整體寬敞，住着方便，就是因為在山裡，蚊蟲較多，最好帶上防蚊蟲噴霧。

這次入住非常糟糕失望！2500一晚上的價格給的房間破破爛爛，桌子皮都裂開，牀頭櫃都是灰，浴缸的水穩不穩定，基本是温水，設施窗簾都老舊了！黴味很大潮濕，疫情前住過體驗感印象不錯所以再次帶家人來，太失望了。非常不滿意！以後再也不回來了！重點是我在攜程上訂的房間圖案和辦理入住的房型設施完全牛頭不對馬嘴，服務工作人員也是木納呆滯毫無服務意識！沒有信用的商家。

天柱山頂環境很美，空氣好，安靜。沒怎麼拍照，山上玩兒的也多，要出去玩酒店接駁車來的很快，工作人員態度很好，需求都會盡量滿足，房間挺乾淨的，一家人玩兒的開心，就是比較貴，不然每個月來住幾天應該很好。
