Breakfast is exquisitely presented, making for a truly ceremonial dining experience. But what truly stands out is the service! When we arrived, it was raining, and the reception staff immediately came over to help us with umbrellas, getting themselves wet in the process – it was incredibly thoughtful. Such a warm and attentive hotel is a rare find; every detail makes you feel secure and comfortable. Whether for a trip, a vacation, or just a relaxing short stay, this place is absolutely perfect. I will definitely be back!"

Plus, the breakfast was much better than expected (we thought it would just be steamed buns and soy milk), but it was surprisingly rich and varied. It was a great experience, and we'll probably go back next summer."

"The resort is quite off the beaten path; at one point, I even wondered if I'd taken a wrong turn. Due to its secluded location, dining options were limited to the hotel, and the prices were a bit steep. However, the resort environment itself is lovely, with lush greenery and fresh air. There's also a 'Fun Valley' (奇趣谷) right next door, which is perfect for kids. I had to work overtime on check-in day, and it was quite inconvenient that our room didn't have a desk. Fortunately, our unit had a table in the small entrance lounge area. Since the adjacent room was vacant, I simply left my door open and used that table, which truly saved the day. Overall, it's a good spot to bring children for some fun."

Ambiance: Truly five-star, with a sprawling property, two levels of underground parking, and ample above-ground parking. Service: Excellent! 👍 Thanks for the upgrade! There's a state-run Pien Tze Huang store on the first floor, and the breakfast is also good! The bathtub is comfortable. I'd love to visit again!"

As expected from a 5-star hotel, the cleanliness was impeccable, ensuring a comfortable stay. The lobby manager was warm and eager to assist. Although there was a queue at the front desk when I arrived, the situation was very orderly, and they thoughtfully offered me a welcome tea, which was a very nice touch. Overall, this was an excellent experience."
