The location is pretty good. It's not far from the ancient city. It's in a commercial district, surrounded by supermarkets, restaurants, etc. You can take a stroll on the way to the ancient city. The little girl at the front desk was very enthusiastic. I asked her about nearby snacks, etc. She quickly recommended a few on WeChat. When I was too lazy to go out, I could take takeout to the hotel. It was also very convenient. The seafood in Zhangzhou was also very fresh. The hotel room is also very large, and the water gets hot very quickly when taking a shower. I couldn't adjust the TV, so I asked the front desk, and a staff member came to the room to adjust it immediately. They were very patient. The only drawback was that there was a sound like an air conditioner or other machine in my room at night. It was probably because it was close to the equipment room. It affected my sleep a bit on the first day, but maybe I was tired from playing the next day and fell asleep quickly. I heard it, but I hope the hotel can pay attention to this issue, find a solution, and make improvements.

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

It is very close to Zhongshan Park and Zhangzhou Ancient City. It is next to Victory Park. There are many and cheap food nearby. The room is large and soundproofed. There are purified water facilities, so you can drink with confidence.
