就在漳州古城，靠近外邊的香港路。古城裡邊不能開車進，打車到路邊走進去100米就是。
是美術老師開的民宿，裝修非常好，很有格調。幫忙的小妹妹做事非常認真，把房間維護得特別乾淨整潔！都是特別好的人兒。每個房間都是以全國各地著名的美術學院來命名。很有創意！
樓下還有一個小院子，老闆經常跟朋友們在這裏喝茶。
附近吃的喝的很多。古城是有當地人在裏面生活的，不那麼商業。都是當地人會去光顧的小吃店。味美價廉。
特別喜歡這裏。

除了地理位置方便一點。其他可以吐槽一堆！以為是套房，沒想到是兩層樓合在一起的套房。真是無語！明明訊息都沒有標明清楚，房東還一直説有寫清楚，我又進去反覆看了很多次還是沒有看到！有提前先打電話問説可不可以先放行李，來了之後衹會怪我們説因為我們提前到，他們還沒收拾好，各種臟亂！那你可以讓我們晚點再來！房間各種味道，也沒打掃好。房間用品也沒配備齊全，連最基本的防蚊液都沒有，更無語。樓道走進來很暗很陰深。衹有晚上才開燈。畢竟也是老房子，隔音非常差！一天到晚真是吵得不行！説二樓三樓都是我們的，沒有別人會來，突然大晚上的還有別人上來，真是嚇了一大跳！所有事情都跟房東溝通，衹會讓我們理解，不要計較那麼多。真是無語！難道我是花錢買罪受？一個晚上一千多這麼體驗真是無語！！！一直説自己這裡有多好，都是好評，衹想説這些好評是刷出來的吧！！！從來沒遇到過這麼差的民宿！房東態度也是非常一般！簡直是非常無語！！！最後竟然還發現別人吃完的東西沒有及時清理乾淨！真是亂七八糟！

五星好評給老闆，老闆人很好和藹可親平易近人。過來考試的，沒有前台，自主入住。隔音很差很差，房間挺小，床很硬，基本沒什麼活動空間，衹有一次性的幹拖鞋，椅子也沒有。院子倒是很大可以在外面活動，但是社恐自己出行不會選擇在外面坐。隔音是真的很差，隔壁房或者外面院子的活動，講話都聽的一清二楚，不過大家作息正常就不會吵到正常睡覺。另外有一點很離譜的是提前問了可以延遲退房，而且回來還沒到正常退房12點，房間門就被開了！原因是有客人要來入住！但是感覺太太太太冒犯了！還沒退房東西都還沒整理好帶走！直接打開人家還在居住的空間，很冒犯私隱！如果不能延遲退房，中午的時間我早就去找家店吃飯休息了，也不用點了外賣過來之後才發現不行。雖然安排了另外的休息處，但是別的客人提早過來，侵佔了人家的地盤影響了他們的體驗！一直在説互相理解搞得大家都挺尷尬！雖然老闆是好意收留我們？但是因為提前説了可以延遲退房，想着可以回來再躺一下午休才回來。行就行，不行就不行，不要説行後面做又不行！我也沒有非要回來啊，如果是這種情況，也不用特地回來在外面找家餐廳好好吃飯也可以休息！
