The hotel environment is quiet in the middle of the bustle and the transportation is convenient. The hotel rooms are warm and comfortable. The cleaning lady cleans them every day and is spotless. The hotel lobby is grand and beautifully decorated. The cleaning lady at the front desk and the hotel concierge are all very nice. The best hotel in Zhangzhou, I love it so much👍🏻

Overall is excellent. The staff is very nice and they allow me for late check out as they know my flight is late. The best thing here is a lot of attractions are only surround the hotel. Will come again.😄

Overall I had a very good stay here. Cynthia is very friendly and willing to help. The hotel was cozy and breakfast offered a huge choice that has both western and local dishes. The room was very clean and spacious ,especially the hotel location is convenient and closed to the city center of Zhangzhou. I will definitely stay in Crowne Plaza again next time when I travel to Zhangzhou

I have stayed at quite a few Wanda hotels in the past and always had a pleasant experience but the past two days were anything but pleasant. I had a two night stay in Zhangzhou Wanda Realm from the 22nd of January to the 24th of January. I have listed my grievances below. 1. Air-conditioning does not work. My room was a constant temperature of 25 degrees Celsius and even after turning on the air conditioning did the temperature not go down. I had to ask the hotel to open a window to decrease the temperature and thus let polluted air into the room. 2. I booked an executive room knowing that I would receive some benefits. Not only was the executive lounge closed but as stated in the notice, they requested we use the hotel lobby bar which was also closed. I paid 850RMB per night for this room. If I am not going to have the benefits of an executive room at least refund me. 3. Swimming pool times have drastically decreased to limited times. I know that this is Chinese New year but isn't this the time when the hotel would receive most of its guests and thus have all the amenities ready and working to make a guest stay very pleasant. 4. Breakfast buffet was below standard of a 4 star hotel. Not only was the selection of foods extremely basic but the food was severely under stock. One would think that a four star hotel would be able to plan for a busy time like Chinese New year but no, there was limited food on basic items like eggs and bacon. Staff were not prepared for such large amounts of people. 5. It seems like this hotel is closing down as many water features and other amenities are either out of order or not working properly. It is an embarrassment to call this hotel a luxury hotel. It has the facade of a luxury hotel but cannot deliver on basic amenities. Please see my photos for evidence of my unpleasant stay. The staff were very friendly and tried to help where they can but it would be better to close down this hotel than call it a luxury 4 star hotel.

Isolated location and quite impossible to get DIDI to go to nearby restaurants which are far and few near the resort. Many nice small onsen pools with various temperature to suit different guests needs, nice lobby but room was small, old and EXTREMELY dim. Windows were opened when I checked in, Beware of mosquitoes! Staff are friendly and great, though they employ many students part timers.

Facilities: Compared with other buildings, Shuixian Building is relatively new Hygiene: When booking the hotel, I noted that it was a non-smoking room. When I walked into the room, it smelled heavily of smoke. The waiter took me to see two rooms, which also smelled, and I didn’t change them in the end Environment: As an old hotel in Zhangzhou, the hotel is quite large and has a good location Service: I checked in on my birthday and was given a piece of cake in the evening, thank you. I didn’t feel any other services Breakfast: There are not many choices, which does not match the hotel’s positioning

I came to Jiaomei with my best friends and stayed in this hotel. The room was very clean, surrounded by mountains and rivers, and the air was very good. I came back from a run in the morning to have a buffet and soak in the private hot spring in the room. It was so comfortable. It's comfortable. It's really good to play during the holidays.

The design of the entire park and the room can be seen very carefully. I moved the five-star hotel to the village, backed by green mountains and flowers, facing the high-speed rail, very comfortable. The manager and staff of Xiao Song are very attentive, full of smiles, and a little problem is solved immediately.

Great design and good food, as well as service. Beautiful surroundings. Very peaceful and relaxing. They made sure they respond to every question on wechat speedily and effectively. Try to get their contact on wechat. Entry to the area is included in your room fee. Use passport to get access and let them know you are a guest. Their activities and classes are interesting and enriching.
