前台接待非常好。到房間電視不會用前台通知搞衞生的一個四十多歲老阿姨去給我調電視。我問一下你給我説説先開那個按鍵。再按那個按鍵選台。態度非常惡劣，，下午四點多時候，個子不太高那個女的。然後大聲訓斥我們。把遙控器一摔可走了，這樣的人希望酒店管理人員，趕緊處理。

設施：很陳舊，設備不太能緊跟需求。豪華套房的洗手間的門也不能完全推開，跟浴室門門擠門。洗漱用品都是幾年前那種透明袋裝的，衹有牙刷和一坨香皂，沐浴露和洗髮水也是傳統掛壁式按壓式的。洗衣房也沒有，衹有七樓有一個自助式自費的洗衣機，不同樓層用起來很不方便。另外空調系統真的像這幾天廣東的雨天一樣，嘩嘩嘩的嘩了一晚，沒比洗手間滴滴滴漏水好多少，那時候已經11點了，爬了一天的山已經非常累了，實在累的不想動，真的救命。。。。。。
衞生：電梯進去一股味。
環境：周邊是一個教材市場，周邊也沒什麼吃的遊玩的，交通不是很便利，門口停車場比較小，不夠車位還得往更裏的停車位。
服務：連鎖店的服務有好有壞，整體一般。
以上，總體來説，312￥一晚性價比不高。空調噪聲跟風箱拉了一晚，真的好不值。
