"The 'lake view room' we booked only offered a distant glimpse of the lake. Being on the 6th floor, the view of the lake was very poor and not worth it. The central air conditioning was stuck at 19 degrees Celsius and couldn't be adjusted, making the room very cold, so we had to turn it off. The staff's solution was to provide a portable heater, which was quite a laugh. Breakfast was also very mediocre, not up to a five-star standard. However, the hotel's location is excellent."

"What more could you ask for when you get a star-rated chain hotel for under 200 bucks! The guy at the front desk even gave me two free breakfast vouchers, and when there was an issue with the charging cable in the room, they immediately sent someone to replace it with a new one. The value for money here is incredible! Plus, the room even has a super large bathtub, and it's clean and hygienic. Unfortunately, I couldn't extend my stay because they were fully booked. I'll definitely come back next time, highly recommended!"

"On a business trip to Zhaoqing, I decided last minute at 7 PM to stay at the Wyndham. At check-in, Amy at the front desk was incredibly warm and attentive. She even upgraded me to an Executive Lake View Hot Spring Suite and gave me a detailed rundown of the hotel's Chinese restaurant on the second floor, as well as the next day's breakfast times and location. The suite experience was fantastic – truly luxurious! And the view from the window was absolutely delightful."

"1. The top shower head is broken; 2. I didn't go to the front desk to ask for disposable slippers, and they didn't give them to me. They said the room I booked didn't have them. I didn't even pay nearly 200 yuan for the room (I went to the front desk to ask for them and they gave them to me later); 3. You have to run to the door to turn off the lights before going to bed; 4. There are too few types of breakfast; 4. When checking out, I was offered a bottle of water and they said the front desk didn't have it but there was some upstairs, and nothing else happened. Couldn't they let me bring a bottle down? To sum up, the experience is very bad, I will not contact you for accommodation!"

Downstairs, there's a shopping complex with restaurants and eateries, making it very convenient for getting around. The room rates are also affordable. You can even enjoy beautiful views of Qixingyan right from the elevator landing on each floor."

"When traveling with children, cleanliness and convenience are extremely important, and this hotel has it all. It's new and well-equipped, including a mini-bar with eight bottles of mineral water in each room. It's also very close to various Zhaoqing attractions, with Qixingyan just 2 kilometers away and Dinghushan just 10 kilometers away. Most importantly, the service is exceptional, and the breakfast here is also quite good. Since nearby restaurants may open a little later, if you're traveling with children or have early morning plans, you can purchase the hotel's breakfast package. Also, eating and drinking here is incredibly convenient. Since it's located in the mall, we didn't feel like going out, so we ordered takeout. A robot delivered it to our door, providing excellent privacy. For food, I highly recommend Huayao Xiangchu; it's a great value! Since I'm including my family in the photos, I won't post them. You can check out the other positive reviews; they're all genuine!"

"Booked this hotel for a photography trip to Zhaoqing during the Bauhinia season. The hotel is super close to Seven Star Crags, just a few minutes' walk to both the East and South gates, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. There are also several local farm restaurants nearby, so dining is a breeze. I really liked the room – it was clean, tidy, and the facilities felt brand new. The Wi-Fi signal was strong, which was great for us to process photos on our phones. The front desk staff were excellent; they were quick to help with any requests and enthusiastically offered information about the scenic area. The hotel's breakfast buffet was really good too, with a wide variety of choices and delicious food. I'd definitely choose this hotel again if I come back to Zhaoqing! 👍👍👍"
