"Facilities: The swimming pool is great for kids, very spacious, heated, and has a spa – perfect for bringing the little ones. Hygiene: The hygiene is clean and tidy, but they don't provide enough bath towels; you have to take them from your room to the pool area yourself. Environment: The environment is excellent, right next to Seven Star Crags with a great swimming spot. The location is also very good, with many large shopping malls nearby, and ordering takeout is convenient. Service: The service is average; nothing particularly outstanding. For takeout, you have to call the front desk every time to have it delivered to your room; otherwise, you have to go down to the parcel locker yourself. There's a butler service, but the butler kept bothering us on WeChat to give a high rating. I was initially going to give a high rating, but then I found out that we didn't get a discount on the buffet we bought from them. They had advertised a 45-yuan discount per person that day, but they didn't inform us of this policy and let us buy the buffet tickets at full price. When I asked the front desk and the platform, they confirmed the discount was available, but the butler didn't proactively tell us about it."

It was a comfortable and pleasant stay, making it my top choice for accommodation when traveling."

"The room facilities were a bit dated, but the environment was very clean. The staff were all very polite and always greeted me. In particular, Xiaobin, one of the staff members, gave a detailed introduction to the scenic features of Dinghu Mountain and Seven Star Crags. With delicious food and enjoyable afternoon tea, this hotel is a great choice for business trips, leisure, or vacations."

"This hotel is located in the suburbs of Zhaoqing, close to Dinghu Mountain. The rooms have balconies, which is a nice touch. The surrounding area is pretty average. The front desk service was practically nonexistent; the staff was just on their phones the whole time. Dining options are fairly convenient, and it's very close to Dinghu Mountain. However, it takes about half an hour to drive to the city center, so I wouldn't recommend staying here if you plan to explore the city."

"The hotel floor is quite high, the view is wide 👍, the parking lot is on the first floor, the room has a refrigerator 👍, you can ice some food 👍, very close to the Good World Square 👍, you can walk there, there is a supermarket restaurant, there is a late night street 👍, the fly in the ointment is that the hotel washing machine room, One night, I turned off the light 😔, it was dark and scary 😨, I went to the front desk and asked the waiter to turn on the light. They asked me to turn on 😠. In such a big hotel, is a light for washing clothes not willing to turn on? I hope it can be improved!"

"It is about 1 km away from Zhaoqing Station and takes about 15 minutes on foot. There is a bus to the north gate of Qixingyan opposite the entrance. If you don’t wait for the bus, it costs less than 10 yuan to take a taxi. There is a Cantonese restaurant just a few dozen steps away. The homestay itself is very cost-effective and fully equipped. Although there is no TV, there is a projection screen for watching TV. There is a courtyard in the public space for resting and taking pictures. Just close the doors and windows and be careful of mosquitoes"

"1. It was advertised as a lake-view room, but we could only see a tiny sliver of the lake. It didn't match the description. 2. My family couldn't sleep, so we asked for a two-hour late checkout, but it was flat-out refused. The service wasn't very accommodating. 3. We requested a room change, and even if it wasn't possible for some reason, a simple communication would have been appreciated. But we heard nothing at all! 4. It's quite close to Yanqian Village and Seven Star Crags, so the transportation is relatively convenient. These were my family's experiences. Future guests considering this hotel should take them into account."

The lobby is clean and bright, and the front desk staff were so welcoming and friendly, which made a great first impression. When we got to our rooms, everything was brand new, no strange smells, and super clean. There were 8 of us, and we booked 4 king rooms. Everyone was really happy with their stay. The front desk even gave us an upgrade, which we really appreciate! 🙏 Next time I'm in Zhaoqing, Chuanbo Hotel will definitely be my first choice. It's a comfortable, reassuring, and satisfying place to stay."

"A great choice for a friends' getaway! We stayed at this hotel with a group of friends and were very pleased with our choice. Convenient location is a huge plus! Everything was truly nearby: cafes, restaurants, main attractions, and public transport. We didn't waste time on long journeys. The rooms were clean, cozy, and fully matched the description. Everything necessary for a comfortable stay was provided. Special thanks to the staff! Very friendly, attentive, and responsive people. Always ready to help with any request or question. For example, they helped us a lot with organizing a transfer and suggested great places for evening entertainment. Overall, we got exactly the relaxed and positive vacation we were hoping for. My friends and I will definitely be reminiscing about this trip. We recommend it!"
