酒店服務環境都挺滿意的，房間空調很快就整個房間很涼爽，房間還贈送了一份水果，小温馨房間乾淨衞生。整體不錯。距離高鐵站大概15分鐘。

酒店環境不錯，前台小美女送了兩份早餐，早餐是自助的，挺豐盛的。錯峯出行鼎湖山，不是特別多人，景色不錯，蠻近的，還有專車接送。

環境乾淨整潔，服務周到，讓人住的很舒心，房間設施齊全價格也很合理，前台還給我免費升級房間，房間還有兩瓶水是免費喝的，以後還會一如既往地選擇該酒店。

酒店服務很好，剛進房間原來窗簾是智能化，太陽光照進來很舒服。過來收房子近幾次都是在這裏住，有免費的洗衣房，大姐還很好幫忙拿到洗衣房。今天天氣好，到新房子附近野餐，很舒服。廣佛肇同城，這裏很舒適，自駕也方便。

環境：小温馨房間，很舒適，不靠過道，很安靜。鼎湖真是一個跟適宜養生的好地方。
衞生：乾淨，冷熱水很快。

酒店挺不錯的，挺人性化需要電腦使用，值班經理還安排了一台電腦，還幫忙打印資料。連鎖酒店房間還是乾淨衞生。還有一個擦鞋機提供使用，前台小美女很有禮貌。下次出差還是首選連鎖酒店。

酒店整體不錯，辦理入住時候前台小美女還送了兩份早餐。衞生環境不錯，大堂有很清甜的香薰味。晚上到距離10分鐘新區體育中心網紅打卡點小酌一下，很漂亮。
