Mountain View Hotels in Zhaoqing

The hotel is located next to a provincial highway. The room we originally booked had a slight odor, but they quickly changed us to another one. The room was quite nice, and the facilities were decent for a small town. The hotel has its own Hunan restaurant, which is convenient for dinner. Sitting by the floor-to-ceiling windows watching the traffic on the highway was nice, but the trucks were too noisy at night. Overall, it was a decent place to stay.

✨Moshang B&B, my go-to place for a relaxing stay✨ I'm back in Zhaoqing to experience Citywork again, and I'm recommending Moshang B&B at the foot of Dinghu Mountain. It's so convenient, just 200 meters from the scenic area entrance. A solid five-star recommendation! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 The moment I stepped into the B&B, I was immediately struck by the warmth. The beautiful hostess and the handsome housekeeper were both so welcoming. ❤️ I absolutely loved the common area and courtyard on the first floor. You can sit and drink tea or coffee, chat, play chess, read, listen to music, admire the flowers, pet the cat, and just relax. It's the perfect place for a relaxing and relaxing stay. The rooms are spacious and bright, beautifully decorated with soft colors and exquisite furnishings. The bedding is so soft, it feels like lying on a cloud. 🌤 At night, with the soft lighting, I slept soundly until I woke naturally, and my sleep was incredibly good. The bathroom is spacious, with a large tub perfect for a relaxing soak. The aromatherapy treatments will wash away any fatigue. 🛀 ​​The room also features a quiet little study, decorated with artistic paintings and plants, perfect for working or reading, creating a truly captivating atmosphere. 🤏 The bedroom also boasts a large bay window, a white sofa with soft curtains, and the hostess's tea set is incredibly stylish. Walking through the hallway, the white walls are decorated with paintings and bouquets, creating a simple yet romantic atmosphere. Every snap is an Instagram-worthy photo. 📷 Every photo here is stunning, a true treasure trove of photos. ✨ The B&B also has a small swimming pool on the first floor, with stunning blue and white checkerboard tiles. It's a must-see in the summer. 💦 The best surprise was encountering a few adorable cats, lazily basking in the sun and strolling around. Cat lovers will love it—it's an instant solace. 🐱 The owner's meticulously curated Children's Day decorations on the walls are incredibly charming. It feels like the owner has infused every detail and sentiment into the homestay. From the amenities to the atmosphere, from the attentive service to these subtle touches of beauty, Moshang B&B has nailed it all. A stay here is unforgettable, and I'll definitely choose it next time I bring friends and family. If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, don't hesitate—just go for it!✅

Booked double bedrooms with bathrooms on 8/f. Pros: The place is clean. Bed is on the firmer side which i like. Windows have screens to keep mosquitos away. Drains have no smell. Hot water is hot enough n good pressure. They provide disposable towels, so you need to bring your own if you r not keen on using disposable. Location is fantastic. Client services are great, provided suggestion on a year card for seven-star cave. Hair dryer n room cleaning at request Door can be licked from inside=safety👍😍 Cons: like most accommodations in china, you can hear people speaking in hallway. Lucky no noisy neighbors at night. Some constructions carry out in a flat nearby, so noise starts at around 830am. The lift lobbies and hallway still have protective plastics so the building is not fully occupied....

Three families travel in a team, the boss will come out to pick them up at night, and go directly up the mountain the next day to avoid the cost of buying tickets. There are some small episodes in the middle that have received another group of people wrong, which is not a big problem. The service attitude is very good, help to go down the mountain to buy things for a night and night, no charge. The hotel did not take pictures, send a rainbow of flying pools. It is very convenient to go up the mountain and the environment is very good. You can hear the sound of streams at the entrance of the hotel. The only downside: some rooms have a smell, maybe because of the damp and musty smell. But not all rooms have a smell. If you are not full, you can find the boss to change the room.

There was a bit of messing around with the rooms when we arrived, but in the end we stayed in the room we originally booked. The room was like a full apartment with its own conservatory area, which we thought lovely. The highlight though was the location and view just outside though, the ginormous city park right across the street. It was all beautiful, we had a lovely coffee next to the water in the sun in the morning and the owner then took us in by car to discover the city center. At the end the owner again drove us with our suitcases to the train station. We absolutely loved our stay here. Only downside I would say were the single use towels, which first of all were not very effective, secondly a horrible waste for the environment. (On an additional small note regarding rooms, if you fear that guests would not like the cheapest room and insist they upgrade, you’re making the impression of having misled the guest during booking. We personally would have loved it, but we’re quite surprised to have it downplayed for us on arrival that it is too small and too loud. It was not too loud and size was good, perhaps a small cleaning to the windows and an upgrade in interior design could do the place good).

The details are well done. Although the room is not particularly large, the layout is reasonable, the hygiene is very meticulous, even the socket is cleaned, the environment is quiet, the air conditioning noise is small, the quality of sleep is very high, there is a laundry room, breakfast is delivered to the room, the front desk service is professional, check-in is fast, Service attitude is very good, health aunt service attitude is also very good, also help with luggage, good, worthy of praise, recommended

Fantastic stay, five stars! The location is super convenient with great transportation links and a rich variety of amenities, making it easy to access everything from dining to entertainment. The room was clean and cozy, and parking was a breeze. The sky lobby design is truly unique and visually stunning. This is definitely the place to stay when you're in Deqing!

As a self-driving tourist, I have to give this guesthouse a hundred thumbs up for its free, large parking lot! The owner guaranteed there would be a spot, which is incredibly rare in the city center and completely solved my parking anxiety. The guesthouse itself far exceeded my expectations; the price was economical, but the rooms were anything but. The natural light and ventilation were excellent, with bright windows everywhere. My north-facing room offered a panoramic view of Beiling Mountain and Seven Star Crags. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the facilities were complete—everything you needed was there. You can easily walk to attractions like the Archway Square, Zijing West Causeway, and Qilou Street, and there's always a free parking space waiting for you when you return. This experience was so convenient and worthwhile!

Although Zhaoqing is a lovely place the transport to reach there from Kaiping was practically nonexistent. We almost scraped the idea of visiting until we found that we could transit and change to a bus from Jiangmen. Unfortunately we also hit another hitch at the Zhaoqing bus station because there was no public transport to the 7 Star Crags area where the hotel is located. However the pretty lady owner came to the rescue and picked us up. How cool is that? The lady boss is second to none. She was extremely helpful - suggesting places for food and attractions & even the order of doing them. Definitely the best part of staying here is her. But her Homestay is great too. It’s very well located in front of the beautiful famous lake so we’re able to capture sunset and sunrise scenes easily. In retrospect we should have stayed at least another night. Maybe we will meet again?

Traveling to Zhaoqing, Haitao Hotel is definitely a hidden gem! I initially booked it for its downtown location, but I was pleasantly surprised by everything once I checked in. The light luxury and minimalist style creates a very comfortable atmosphere; it's sophisticated without being overly opulent, and the price is incredibly affordable – excellent value for money! All the surrounding attractions are within a 10-minute walk. It's super convenient to see the musical fountain at Paifang Square and enjoy a night cruise on Star Lake. While strolling along Zijin Xidi, you can also stop by Baogong Temple, experiencing the blend of historical culture and natural beauty. Shopping is also incredibly convenient, with RT-Mart and CapitaLand Plaza nearby, so you don't have to go out of your way to buy local specialties or daily necessities. The room's ventilation and lighting are excellent, with large windows in every room. In my room, I could feel a refreshing breeze in the morning, so it never felt stuffy. The cleaning was very thorough, and the minimalist decor made the space feel very spacious. The facilities were complete and easy to use. Complimentary bottled water, two buffet breakfasts, and a parking lot with over 200 spaces – the thoughtfulness is a perfect 10!
