4-Star Hotels in Zhaoqing

Very elegante, cozy boutique hotel. Waterfront by the lake. Very relaxing. The decor and ambient is really nice. Room very spacious, very well decorated. We stayed in the lake view room with bathtub, great balcon facing the lake and street with falling blossom flowers. Free daily fruits in bedroom. Staff very welcoming and helpful. We had breakfast from the hotel, limited to Chinese food, noodles, vegetables, eggs. Enough but lack of other options. Nice rooftop terrace to relax or enjoy breakfast. Hotel is in a quit street, next to some bistro restaurants and convenience store. Walking distance from downtown with malls and a lot of restaurants, about 15 minutes. Good to ride bicicles, take long walks. Extra tip, we found a wine celler nearby, great atmosphere for a glass of wine, called 'moon lounge'. 10 minutes walk from the hotel. We were not expecting new year's eve celebration but had the surprise of a lot to explore outside along the lake, with street food, vendors, games and performance. Also fireworks that we could watch from the hotel balcony. Really nice reflections on the lake. To come back again.

This hotel is right next to the Seven-Star Crags Archway Square, but it's actually a bit far from the North and East gates of the Seven-Star Crags Scenic Area, about 3-4 kilometers, so you'll need to take a car. However, the surrounding area is quite lively. The hygiene and environment were decent. The pillows weren't very comfortable; they were a bit too high, and there were no medium or low options available. The only downside is that holiday prices were about 100 RMB more expensive than on weekdays or weekends. The front desk lady was very nice and accommodating, and she recommended a great sauna chicken dish. Overall, Zhaoqing is a very pleasant city with a beautiful natural environment, excellent mountains and water, and it's nice for leisurely walks and hikes.

This stay far exceeded my expectations, a five-star review is a must! Check-in at the front desk was very quick, and the staff were friendly and polite. They proactively informed me about nearby attractions and dining options, and responded to my requests very promptly. The room was spotless, with no stains in the corners or bathroom. The shower had stable water pressure with a good wet/dry separation, the mattress was just right in terms of firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, ensuring a completely undisturbed night's rest. The amenities were comprehensive, with smooth WiFi and powerful air conditioning for both heating and cooling. The toiletries were of good quality. The hotel's location is superb, right next to a commercial area and subway station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around and finding food. Overall, the value for money is exceptional. It's perfect for both leisure and business travelers. I will definitely stay here again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to my friends!

The bedding in the luxury twin room was excellent, with two 1.5m large beds, perfect for families with kids. The location is superb, directly opposite the Seven Star Crags Archway, with a large plaza and open lake views. While the breakfast selection wasn't extensive, the taste was quite good, though the quality of the milk and soy milk could be improved. Also, the air conditioner in the room was a bit noisy. I'm giving it 5 stars because I think it offers great value for money. Keep up the good work!

Absolutely fantastic experience from start to finish. The location could not be better… just a short walk to Dinghu Mountain entrance but yet at night it is so peaceful and quiet. Had a room with a balcony and really enjoyed the sounds of nature while relaxing outside. The room was spotlessly clean and everything was in perfect working condition. I can’t remember the last time I stayed at a hotel with such kind and genuine staff. The owner even met us and helped us get to Seven Stars Crag. Probably my best hotel experience in China to date!

Very near Zhaoqing Railway station but very far from restaurants or any shopping place. The check in was fast and we were able to get to our room early. I've read many reviews saying how the sound proofing of the room was horrible, and yes.. they are true. I can even feel the vibrations from the bigger vehicles resonating throughout the room at night. However, they have a massage chair so that's a plus. Breakfast was mediocre. Not much options, very limiting but it gets the job done. Baidu smart speaker enhances user experience as well.

One of the most comfortable hotels I've stayed at for a business trip! The room facilities are new, and the bedding is comfortable, allowing me to relax well after a day of work. The front desk was very quick and efficient with both check-in and check-out. The hotel also has well-equipped conference rooms, perfect for small business meetings. Overall, a fantastic experience, highly recommended!

I visited Deqing for a sporting event which was subsequently cancelled but still went to see the city. The location of the hotel was well situated to the Main Street only short 10 minute walk away where many shops and restaurants could be found. The hotel was very easy to find and the check in procedure was quick and easy. The two staff members I encountered were both friendly and helpful showing me where everything was. The room was quiet, and clean with a good size bathroom. Only two things I found strange was the toilet itself was small in height and there was no complimentary tea bags for hot tea.

The hotel environment is clean and tidy, and the air is fresh. We even received complimentary welcome fruits and Sprite upon check-in, which was a very thoughtful touch. The hotel breakfast offered a wide variety of options, perfect for those who enjoy healthy eating.
