MM432502****The room was good, not as bad as some online reviews suggested. The soundproofing wasn't great, and the location was a bit out of the way, but otherwise, it was pretty good. The breakfast was decent, and the food tasted nice. The front desk staff were excellent, and there were plenty of dining options nearby. I'd definitely choose this place again for future visits.

GGuest UserThis homestay is unexpectedly good, very clean, and the sanitation and room facilities are so good for such a cheap price. It is really simple as the name suggests, and the decoration is also rough, but it is very clean and distinctive. The boss lady and boss husband are super nice, and they also drove us to school for exams👍👍

GGuest UserTwo hours after leaving Vienna, I suddenly realized I'd forgotten my ring at the hotel! My heart plummeted. Just to give it a try, I contacted the hotel and explained the situation. The staff was incredibly friendly, reassuring me not to worry and immediately sending someone to my room to look for it. What touched me most was that they not only carefully checked under the bed (where I eventually found it), but even went out of their way to check in the trash can! The whole process took less than 20 minutes, and they successfully found it and notified me! Their speed, responsible attitude, and attention to detail were truly heartwarming. I sincerely thank the staff for their dedication! I highly recommend this hotel for its dedicated and attentive service!

The room itself was very pleasant, with floor-to-ceiling windows offering a great view of the lake, which the kids absolutely loved. The bedding was also very comfortable. Service: The service was excellent. The front desk staff were very welcoming and patient with the children, even giving them little snacks that they really enjoyed. Facilities: Having a shopping mall downstairs was super convenient.

DDaisy509Came to Zhaoqing for a family trip with the kids and stayed at the James Joyce Coffetel Qixingyan, and it was a perfect experience! The hotel's location is amazing; it's super close to the Seven Star Crags scenic area, making getting around convenient and easy, which is a huge plus when traveling with children. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, there was enough space, and the soundproofing was good. The service was warm and thoughtful, with attention to detail, and it offered great value for money. We had a comfortable stay and convenient access to attractions, making it very suitable for trips with elderly family members and children. We'll definitely stay here again next time!

CclohWe stayed in a family room made up of two connected rooms, which was spacious enough for our needs, though it only had one toilet. The hotel is centrally located with plenty of eateries nearby, making it very convenient for meals. However, on the third day of our stay, the toilet bowl became badly clogged and could not be flushed after use. The hotel did send staff up to clear the blockage, but it was still quite inconvenient, especially for a family room with only one bathroom.

BBig Boy 66I chose this place mainly because of its excellent location, right across from the Wyndham Hotel. Returning to the room at night, the 14th-floor elevator corridor was dimly lit and a bit chilly. The check-in process was clearly communicated in advance via email. The suite's decor was similar to the photos, though slightly dated. The view from the large window was indeed very nice. The next day, returning to the room, I encountered the cleaning lady who was tidying up. Strangely, she was charging her own phone with a guest charger.

The bathroom had a good dry and wet separation, and there was ample hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio was very high, and the service, environment, and hygiene were very clean and tidy.

GGuest UserAlthough Zhaoqing is a lovely place the transport to reach there from Kaiping was practically nonexistent. We almost scraped the idea of visiting until we found that we could transit and change to a bus from Jiangmen. Unfortunately we also hit another hitch at the Zhaoqing bus station because there was no public transport to the 7 Star Crags area where the hotel is located. However the pretty lady owner came to the rescue and picked us up. How cool is that? The lady boss is second to none. She was extremely helpful - suggesting places for food and attractions & even the order of doing them. Definitely the best part of staying here is her. But her Homestay is great too. It’s very well located in front of the beautiful famous lake so we’re able to capture sunset and sunrise scenes easily. In retrospect we should have stayed at least another night. Maybe we will meet again?
