今次訂了2間房，此評價是第二間入住3晚的體驗，第二晚發現浴室其中一隻玻璃杯，當放凍水時突然自己爆裂，第三日早上到前台確認玻璃杯事件，當時找到前台服務員Amy 她那張不屑一看面帶恥笑，還覺得客人是欺騙酒店，不想賠償¥40，本人向她提出需要找當值大堂經理，請問今日當值的大堂經理貴姓？本人真的不想與面帶恥笑的服務員傾談，當時Amy話不知道大堂經理在哪裏可能食飯，本人反問？咁奇特？即時此星酒店任何時間均冇大堂經理當值，當然Amy就隨便進入前堂後後面一房門3秒，跟住對我說冇人，本人立即管話唔緊要我等吧！Amy立刻轉身跟身旁一位男前台服務員Summer說了幾句，Summer 向我簡單說了兩句但態度尚算可以，當時Amy 立刻走開，依舊黑面望著我，這般服務態度真係半價都不要考慮入住
