The hotel environment was comfortable, the shower had great water pressure, and the bedding was soft and cozy, ensuring a wonderful night's sleep. When I asked the front desk about parking and sightseeing routes, the staff were patient, detailed, and gentle in their explanations, never once being dismissive. They were also proactive in helping coordinate any requests, showing both professionalism and warmth. Overall, I'm extremely satisfied and highly recommend this hotel!

This was my first time staying at a guesthouse in this scenic area, and it had an equal share of pros and cons. However, I still wanted to offer some encouragement and support, so I ended up leaving a positive review. First and foremost, a huge thumbs-up for the guesthouse's setting. It faces a stunning lake with gorgeous scenery—easily five stars. The pool is clean, well-kept, and uncrowded; the infinity pool is truly Instagram-worthy. There's also a diving center downstairs, and guests get a free paddleboard, which was a lot of fun. Located right inside the scenic area, the room was impeccably clean, very new, spacious, and amazing for photos! That said, I do have a few minor suggestions for improvement. After booking, it would be much more thoughtful if the staff proactively reached out via WeChat or phone to send the address and arrival instructions! No one contacted us beforehand, so we had no idea where to check in or where to park. After check-in, a butler should also proactively check on guests, rather than us calling and getting no answer, and leaving a WeChat message with no reply for over an hour. That made the service feel lacking, which is a bit of a pity. Additionally, the hot water in the room wasn't hot enough. I tested it myself, and the hottest water from both the showerhead and the bathtub was only around 32°C (90°F)—basically lukewarm, not hot. I imagine it would feel freezing if you stayed here in the winter. The biggest issue was the air conditioner; it might be too new because it was very loud. Even on the lowest fan setting, it made a humming sound all night, and sleep mode was still extremely noisy. As a result, my husband and my sleep was ruined the entire night, turning it on, turning it off, and getting hot over and over again. The breakfast was also disappointing: a boxed Telunsu milk, an unappealing Chinese tea egg, and a sandwich. It basically looked like it cost about ten yuan, and the presentation was poor. Compared to the room rate of over 1,000 yuan per night, it felt rather stingy. They'd be better off serving a cup of coffee and a fresh croissant for a more upscale touch. Overall, the scenery and recreational facilities made up for a large part of the travel experience. I hope the guesthouse continues to improve and optimize the rest.
