GGuest UserTwo hours after leaving Vienna, I suddenly realized I'd forgotten my ring at the hotel! My heart plummeted. Just to give it a try, I contacted the hotel and explained the situation. The staff was incredibly friendly, reassuring me not to worry and immediately sending someone to my room to look for it. What touched me most was that they not only carefully checked under the bed (where I eventually found it), but even went out of their way to check in the trash can! The whole process took less than 20 minutes, and they successfully found it and notified me! Their speed, responsible attitude, and attention to detail were truly heartwarming. I sincerely thank the staff for their dedication! I highly recommend this hotel for its dedicated and attentive service!

力力力0606The front desk of the hotel is excellent. I went straight to this hotel as soon as I got off the plane in China today. Because I am taller, the front desk upgraded me to a large bed. The hotel is fully equipped, convenient and tidy. There is a convenience store downstairs when you turn left. In twenty-four hours, I had my first ice cream in China 😂😂, to make a long story short, the food was comfortable and the accommodation was spacious.
GGuest UserEnvironment: The homestay is not far from the entrance of Qixing Rock View and the archway. The room and terrace are very spacious and facing the lake view, which is good. But it feels a bit annoying when the neighbor is renovating.
There are many restaurants in the village, but after two meals, it was disappointing and I dare not try again! ! Would rather walk for more than ten minutes to eat on Xinghu Avenue. In addition, a small stall (outdoor environment) outside the archway can be tried. There are breakfast, noodle rice, wontons, oysters, oysters and other food supplies. It tastes good and the boss is very good.
Service: Helpful to assist guests, such as two extra pillows and replacement of bad dumplings.
Hygiene: General and acceptable.
Facilities: basic toiletries, enough air-conditioning, and a faucet! ! There is no elevator in the homestay, 㩗 Please pay attention to large luggage! !
Zhaoqing's summer is very hot, I believe autumn and winter will be more comfortable! !

Very Good
GGuest UserThis stay was fantastic! The room was surprisingly clean; the sheets and blankets were perfectly smooth and odorless, the tabletop and floor were spotless, the bathroom tiles were sparkling clean, and even the crevices of the sink were free of stains—the cleanliness was impeccable. The thoughtfully provided disposable slippers were thick, non-slip, and even more comfortable than the ones I brought. The best part was that the shopping area was right downstairs; it was just a few minutes' walk to the mall, making shopping incredibly convenient! It was great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city!
CConstanceBooked double bedrooms with bathrooms on 8/f.
Pros: The place is clean. Bed is on the firmer side which i like. Windows have screens to keep mosquitos away. Drains have no smell. Hot water is hot enough n good pressure.
They provide disposable towels, so you need to bring your own if you r not keen on using disposable.
Location is fantastic.
Client services are great, provided suggestion on a year card for seven-star cave. Hair dryer n room cleaning at request
Door can be licked from inside=safety👍😍
Cons: like most accommodations in china, you can hear people speaking in hallway. Lucky no noisy neighbors at night. Some constructions carry out in a flat nearby, so noise starts at around 830am. The lift lobbies and hallway still have protective plastics so the building is not fully occupied....

Good
BBradNZWe really liked the hotel It was clean and easy to check into. They were accommodating to foreigners (often a point of difficulty in parts of China). The run is ready back and priced well for what you go. It had easy access to anywhere in the city, but was located far enough away to be quiet. :)
GGuest UserThis stay experience really exceeded expectations, and this hotel must be given a big praise! From the beginning of check-in, the front desk staff was particularly warm and polite, and the processing efficiency was high. They also took the initiative to introduce the hotel facilities and surrounding conditions. The service attitude was particularly intimate. The room was cleaned very clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and comfortable, and it was very relaxing to lie on. I slept until dawn. The sound insulation effect was also very good. I couldn't hear the noise outside at all. I had a good rest. The room facilities are complete, air conditioning, hot water, lighting, network are very stable, it is particularly convenient to use, the bathroom space is clean and odorless, and the quality of toiletries is also good. The overall environment of the hotel is quiet and elegant, the decoration is simple and atmospheric, the public area is clean and tidy, and it feels very comfortable. The location is also very good, convenient to travel, the surrounding dining and transportation are very convenient, whether it is a business trip or a tour is particularly suitable. Finally, add a little breakfast is really super delicious!
KKeaixiaoxiaoniThe room is very good, facing the Star Lake,
There are two rooms and the environment is quite big.
I live on the top floor,
The day of check-in is hot,
If the summer vacation is over, it is recommended to communicate with the store in advance.
Open the air conditioner in advance, it will be better,
Otherwise it's too hot.
I can take a walk around the lake in the morning, which is very comfortable.

GGuest UserThis stay truly exceeded my expectations, and I have to give this hotel a thumbs-up. The location is incredibly convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, making it a great choice for both business and leisure travelers. The front desk staff was very efficient and friendly during check-in, proactively explaining the hotel's amenities and providing recommendations for the surrounding area. It was a truly thoughtful experience.
The room was clean and tidy, odor-free, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The bathroom had a nice dry/wet area with ample hot water, and the toiletries were better than expected. The breakfast was plentiful, with both Chinese and Western options, and the taste was excellent, catering to every taste. Overall, the value for money was excellent, and the service, environment, and cleanliness were impeccable. I'll definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to everyone!
AAnonymous UserHotel Review:
1. Location: You should ask the hotel before arriving and check in online. I almost couldn't find the location.
2. Accommodation: The apartment was average, with only the sink and curtains being dated.
3. Cleanliness: I wiped the countertop under the TV, but it was dirty. The bathroom walls were also grimy. The kitchen sink had been corroded and looked grimy.
The most frightening thing was that at night, when I turned on the lights, there were a bunch of bugs (like the kind that appear on rainy days). They kept flying around the balcony door and the bedroom light. It was disgusting. I suggest improving cleaning and pest control.
4. Customer Service: The service was acceptable, but when I arrived, I found myself on the 18th floor. I knocked on the door but no one answered. There was a ”Fumi Apartment” sign hanging at the door. I called and was told to add customer service on WeChat. It took several minutes for them to give me my room number. I was exhausted and wanted to check in immediately. While waiting, I even considered canceling the stay. It was exhausting. At the same time, there was a couple arguing in their room on the 18th floor, and I could hear it clearly in the hallway.
The service was acceptable, though. However, the room door code was also difficult to enter. I suggest that when you send the room code, you also send a video showing how to enter the door code so that you can quickly answer customer questions. 5. Other Amenities: Two bottles of complimentary drinking water and sterilizing laundry detergent are provided. Hot water, a washing machine, clothes drying rack, refrigerator, TV, air conditioning, and other amenities are available. Some of the rooms have built-in fire extinguishers and gas masks in the closets, which is nice. However, there's a closet that contains unpacked disposable slippers and other miscellaneous items. Speechless! I hope the room's dingy, worn-out details can be improved to ensure greater customer satisfaction.
