My stay at the Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing was truly a wonderful experience. The hotel itself is spotless, with rooms that are always kept clean, comfortable, and well stocked with water, toiletries, and all the essentials. The staff are exceptionally warm and attentive — they go above and beyond to make sure you feel welcomed and cared for throughout your stay. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the fresh fruits provided in my room and the mooncakes they gave me to take home. The location is another highlight. Just across the street is a beautiful park, perfect for exercising, taking peaceful walks, or simply sitting and observing daily local life. The neighborhood is quiet, safe, and charming, giving you a real sense of peace and security. Convenience stores and restaurants are nearby, and in the evenings, the streets come alive with small food stalls offering authentic Chinese flavors — a delightful way to experience local culture. Overall, Vienna Hotel in Zhaoqing exceeded my expectations. With its cleanliness, excellent service, welcoming staff, and ideal location, it offers both comfort and a genuine sense of connection to the community. I would absolutely love to return and stay here again.

The hotel is clean and hygienic, the decoration is relatively new, the location is OK, the hotel provides free breakfast, the food variety and quality are OK! One bad thing is that we booked 2 rooms, but only one room was ready when we checked in, and the other one was not. It was said that it would be ready in an hour, but since we were going out, we didn't come back to pick up the room until night, and only one room was left. We were dissatisfied with the same room type and wanted to change rooms. When booking, we wrote that Kehen would upgrade the room for free, but it didn’t happen. We had to pay for the upgrade!

This stay was fantastic! The room was surprisingly clean; the sheets and blankets were perfectly smooth and odorless, the tabletop and floor were spotless, the bathroom tiles were sparkling clean, and even the crevices of the sink were free of stains—the cleanliness was impeccable. The thoughtfully provided disposable slippers were thick, non-slip, and even more comfortable than the ones I brought. The best part was that the shopping area was right downstairs; it was just a few minutes' walk to the mall, making shopping incredibly convenient! It was great value for money, and I'll definitely choose this place again next time I'm in this city!

Booked double bedrooms with bathrooms on 8/f. Pros: The place is clean. Bed is on the firmer side which i like. Windows have screens to keep mosquitos away. Drains have no smell. Hot water is hot enough n good pressure. They provide disposable towels, so you need to bring your own if you r not keen on using disposable. Location is fantastic. Client services are great, provided suggestion on a year card for seven-star cave. Hair dryer n room cleaning at request Door can be licked from inside=safety👍😍 Cons: like most accommodations in china, you can hear people speaking in hallway. Lucky no noisy neighbors at night. Some constructions carry out in a flat nearby, so noise starts at around 830am. The lift lobbies and hallway still have protective plastics so the building is not fully occupied....

I have been living in this hotel before. I have lived for several years. This time I came to breakfast and changed a lot. There are more soup noodles. There are meat, powder sausage and pigs. It is a lot richer. The room has been renovated. The design is novel and comfortable. In the four sessions, it should be counted as one of the best. It must be praised for the intelligent customer control system. The operation is simple and the response is fast. There is no need to find switches and remote controls everywhere, and the hands are liberated throughout the process. The details are in place and the experience is smooth. I don't want to live in an ordinary room after I have lived. I will choose here next time.

The advantage of this store is that you can bring pets, and there is no charge, and you pay a 300 deposit. If there is no damage, all the items will be refunded. And there is also a washing machine in the room, which is praised. But there is one point that will be easy to mind, that is, if you want to take a hot bath comfortably in winter, the hot water was not enough when I went last time, and there was no hot water after a while. This is very uncomfortable.

A nicely decorated and very spacious room which has a family feel. The hotel is near the southern part of the Seven Star Crag Park and a short walk from the Xinghu International Mall but entering the Seven Star Crag Park is not really accessible by foot (unless you walk for half an hour). The owners are friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable.

The room was clean and tidy, with no odor, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, allowing me to sleep soundly at night. The bathroom had a good dry and wet separation, and there was ample hot water. Overall, the price/performance ratio was very high, and the service, environment, and hygiene were very clean and tidy.

The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is super good! Sweet voice! The environmental hygiene is good!
