距離中等職業學校很近，所以臨時在附近考試的話，通行特別方便，步行即可。距離肇慶站也非常近。但是整棟大樓非常老舊了，房間設施很多壞的（比如房門、插卡處），桌面衞生打掃也不太乾淨。而且附近有火車，噪音也大。所以對住處要求高的，肯定不合適。

房間一點不好，特別小，第板都爛了，發票不給開。洗澡水都小的泡沫都沖不乾淨。
