住宿環境設施都很好，唯一吐槽就是服務，首先沒有前台服務，衹是轉嫁到微信提供密碼服務，這個密碼服務代表我無法保障房間被別人自由進出，當我今天主動告知客服我可能需要延遲退房大概1-2點時、客服沒有拒絕我也沒有告知需要收費多少，衹是讓我儘快阿姨需要搞衞生，到我回到樓下13:47微信告知對方重新給一個密碼給我的時候告訴我阿姨在搞衞生，期間我沒有收到客服任何通知説阿姨要搞微信再不退的話阿姨自己進去了！沒有！包括我反饋這個問題給客服一個建議，對方也衹是認為我為何那麼理直氣壯！我理直氣壯的是沒有退房前進去沒有經過我的允許這個是酒店的失責！言盡於此，以後不考慮公寓了
