我們一行13人因參加了肇慶鼎湖山100公里越野賽，原本開開心心的玩樂休閑，結果在這家黑店裏發生不愉快☹️！前一晚已吩咐不需進內清潔，結果我們在跑山回來後銀包在行李袋裏不翼而飛（銀包裏有4000多澳門元和人民幣及回澳身份證）！酒店負責人在查看視象和查核便說：你們很多人出入，你們找清楚吧！我們的人一定不會拿客人的東西！我們報了公安，把朋友都帶去警局調查，最後當然銀包找不到，酒店連一些歉意也沒有！以後還是住大的連鎖酒店比較好，吸取教訓！
PS:房間的空調嘈音很大，影響睡眠！

酒店19号晚上入住，由於参加越野比賽，所以銀包放在行礼包內，已叫酒店不用清洁，但酒店完全沒有经我同意下擅自叫清洁人員入房，当比赛完，銀包已不见了，已報警处理，但由于在房間內并沒监控，洒店一直推卸責任。

來肇慶臨時盲選的酒店，沒想到非常不錯。位置好，七星巖東門廣場，周邊景色宜人，美食眾多；房間好，寬敞衞生，設施智能；服務好，熱情周到，免費停車，還送了離店伴手禮……推薦👍
