可以看出儘量整潔，但設備太陳舊，有心無力，還有上下樓太不方便，衞生間飛蟲多，洗漱台的黴太噁心，給保潔説了，也無法除黴，總之，體驗感不強，比洛陽開封差距較大

這次來鄭州旅遊，從4/17-4/26前後共住了6天。酒店靠近火車站，交通方便。房間寬敞明亮，乾淨衞生。前台其他工作人員和保潔人員都工作認真負責，態度和藹可親，待人熱情，給予好評。但前台有個姓劉的女的，態度惡劣，刁難旅客。4/23早上我們出去旅遊，同她商量要求行李寄存，第二天晚上仍住在那裡。但她板着個臉，死活不讓我們寄存。我們説前幾天出去也寄存過，我們是兩個長者，拖着行李確實不方便，好説歹説，她就是不同意。最後我們沒有辦法，衹能求她，讓她無論如何幫個忙，她才不情不願地讓我們寄一下。我們碰到這種情況確實很氣憤。我們無數次住酒店和民宿，這種情況還是第一次碰到。我們希望向酒店領導投訴:像這種人就不能在酒店前台工作。其他工作人員都為旅客着想，熱情服務。不能讓一顆老鼠屎壞了一鍋粥。
