I specifically booked this hotel because my child was taking their high school entrance exams, and it completely exceeded my expectations. The entire hotel was decorated with encouraging messages for the test-takers, and they thoughtfully offered a paid buffet lunch during the exam period, which really eased parents' worries. What impressed me the most was that the hotel, keeping the students' health in mind, provided fresh, room-temperature fruit at every meal. This made my child happy and put me at ease! It was truly fantastic!

The room was spacious and quiet. It was conveniently located, and the breakfast spread was great. They even gave us some snacks after we checked out.

The room was very clean, tidy, and comfortable, with a new renovation. It's also close to the Henan Museum. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic, and the breakfast had a good variety and was quite tasty.

Came here for the Dragon Boat Festival with friends to visit 'Only Henan' and chose this hotel. It's worth mentioning that the hotel service was excellent. Diao Chan from the staff even called me before check-in to ask about my estimated arrival time and any room preferences, which was incredibly thoughtful. Plus, the spicy soup for breakfast was delicious, and it was convenient to get to all the attractions – none of them were too far. Overall, a great stay.

A special thanks to Xiao Hong at the front desk during my stay! From her smiling welcome at check-in to patiently helping me arrange a quiet room on a higher floor, she also thoughtfully reminded me about breakfast times and local transportation. When I accidentally left my headphones at checkout, she proactively contacted me and helped mail them back. Although it was only a short two-day stay, Xiao Hong's professional yet warm service made the entire trip much more reassuring. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time, thumbs up for Xiao Hong!
