酒店前台接待禮貌周到，且一直面帶微笑，讓我們有親切感。
房間乾淨衞生，樓層領班周紅琴熱情細心，每天都送上歡迎飲品，做到有求必應。
自助餐廳菜餚豐富，即使較晚到餐廳用餐，菜式供應依然很充足多樣。服務員禮貌待客，服務到位。
酒店地理位置較好，離二七廣場近但環境並不喧鬧。出行方便，地鐵站離酒店正門僅數十米。附近管城街、北順城街都是具有不同風格特色的食街。酒店是出行的理想之選。
