多次入住本酒店，交通位置便利，門口就是地鐵口，出行方便，酒店前台小娟，倩倩服務熱情，房務周紅琴，侯業菊大姐細緻用心，讓我有賓至如歸的感覺。

酒店挺好的，位置不錯市中心去哪兒都方便，很乾凈，每天樓道里和屋裡都有礦泉水，前台還有茶水可以接。

酒店位置極好，離二七廣場步行不到十分鐘，門口就是地鐵站，交通極為便利。酒店人員都很熱情，第一天因被子較厚睡覺比較熱，反應後酒店馬上給拿了兩個空調被，一位姓周的店員還上門查看空調，並説如果覺得空調不行可以幫忙調換房間，換被後感覺舒服就沒有調換。

房間乾淨衞生，樓層領班周紅琴熱情細心，每天都送上歡迎飲品，做到有求必應。
自助餐廳菜餚豐富，即使較晚到餐廳用餐，菜式供應依然很充足多樣。服務員禮貌待客，服務到位。
酒店地理位置較好，離二七廣場近但環境並不喧鬧。出行方便，地鐵站離酒店正門僅數十米。附近管城街、北順城街都是具有不同風格特色的食街。酒店是出行的理想之選。
