Amazing hotel. Very friendly staff with great service.. they go extra mile to serve us when in need. Specially we being non mandarine speaking travellers, the staff helped a lot and make sure all arrangements are convince for us. This hotel was above my expectations, first of all for a 4 star hotel the price was very reasonable and secondly the room was very big and clean, thirdly the location was very good and accessible to many eateries, Wanda square was also just about 1.5 kms from this hotel, I will surely come again and stay in this hotel !

This is an excellent hotel, with standards that match those of western hotels. Rooms are large and comfortable, there are many amenities, and cleanliness is top notch. The location isn’t great because most attractions are far from the hotel, but there are supermarkets and coffee shops in the vicinity. There was an incident with staff upon check-out but the overall experience was positive.

The room is super spacious. The hotel lobby is on the 8th floor. The staff is warm and considerate, responsive to every request, and even sent a fruit plate. The high floors overlook the city view, which is very convenient for travel. The hotel breakfast has the local specialty Hu La Tang.

The hotel was previously called Yuda International Trade. It is quite luxurious. The first floor is not the front desk, but the concierge desk. When I entered the lobby, the concierge helped me take my luggage to the 8th floor to check in. The elevator took me to the 8th floor, where the reception desk is even more luxurious. The ceiling is more than 10 to 20 meters high. The large crystal chandelier is very beautiful, and there is a large round plate with dragons and phoenixes. It is very beautiful to take pictures. I was given a free drink when I checked in. When I checked out, I asked if I could get another one. The front desk lady gave me another one. Thank you very much. Breakfast is served on the fifth floor. It is a combination of Chinese and Western breakfast, which is particularly good. There is also Henan-style Hu La Tang, which I tasted on this trip. The breakfast food is replenished quite promptly, and there will be waiters to help me clean up the empty plates. When I checked out, the front desk lady also checked out very quickly. Seeing that I had a large suitcase, she took the initiative to contact the concierge to help me take it down. The same handsome concierge helped me with my luggage both when I checked in and checked out. His name is George Li. He always served with a smile and helped me stop a taxi. It was a particularly unforgettable trip. If I have the opportunity to come to Henan again next time, I will choose Jiajin Hotel again. If there were 6 star reviews I would give this hotel 6 stars! The service provided by the concierge staff exceeds 6-star standards, and they are patient, courteous and proactive. I didn't check in. In the first two or three days, they helped collect 5 parcels. Each one called me to report and confirm the delivery. The service was better than that of the room steward! When checking in, there are already employees behind to help pack the luggage and lead the guests to the room when the formalities are completed! After that, the courier that had been collected before was delivered to the room! The room has a large sofa and the room is very clean and spacious! The view from the upper floor rooms is also very good! They also gave us a fruit plate! We are from the south and are not used to heating, so we asked for a fan. My aunt gave me the first one and found it couldn’t be turned on, so she immediately went to get another one. She was smiling and polite throughout the whole process. A whole fan is 90cm tall, which is not light. Thank you very much for your hard work. Her attitude was very friendly and attentive when she came and returned us, and she patiently taught us how to turn it on and off! We booked the hotel because we were out of town to watch a concert. The hotel had a special car to shuttle us back and forth to the venue! Mr. Wang, the on-board concierge, also explained the route to us and reminded us of things to pay attention to on our return trip! I should also mention that the lobby is beautiful! There are two beautiful crystal lamps hanging from the very bottom of the building. They are retro but not at all rustic, and have a very elegant temperament! A 6-star rating adds 20 points out of 100! Because there is a small supermarket and Luckin Coffee on the first floor!

Came to see David Tao's concert. The concierge, Xiao Wang, was very polite and patient. He knew that my plane didn't land until 16:00 in the afternoon, so he arranged a special car for the concert to wait for me at 5:30 to take me to the stadium. After the concert, he picked me up at the entrance of the venue. It made a girl who came to see the concert alone feel safe. It was a special car for one person to go back and forth, which was very touching. The room was super big, the bed was incredibly big, and the spicy soup for breakfast was the best. Impeccable. I will stay in this hotel next time!
