First of all, I would like to praise the hotel front desk. The service is very warm and thoughtful. We brought a child with us, and they also gave toys to my child. We stayed here for two nights. The staff were very enthusiastic and actively helped to solve the problems we encountered! Thank you so much. We have been to Zhengzhou many times and stayed in many different hotels. Because we always travel with children, we want to book a non-smoking room, but so far, the only hotel that is truly smoke-free is Zhengfei. Our family of three is extremely sensitive to the smell of smoke. It is not easy to find a hotel in Zhengzhou that has no smoke in the room. I will definitely continue to stay here when I come to Zhengzhou in the future. Big thumbs up!
