Ctrip wrote that there was a parking lot, but when we got there it was a sidewalk. After we got there it was past 6pm so we couldn't cancel the order. It was fine if it was a sidewalk, but I was hit by someone while I was parked. The uncle who was directing the reverse car only directed one side but not the other side, and hit my car. The hotel only called me to inform me that I was hit, and didn't care about the follow-up issues. It took two days to repair the car, which was so annoying!
