#衞生帥哥老闆每天認真打掃🧹，廁所那種死角都很乾凈無異味。#服務帥哥老闆温柔耐心，樂於助人，人很好。#位置交通風水好。特方便，就在路邊，從屈臣氏（金水升龍廣場店）右手邊那道玻璃門進來，刷房卡再按電梯即可。晚歸也很安全，門口車流量大，有保安守夜。出門右轉，走1百米，就是吃飯的幾條街，巴奴火鍋（**套餐不錯，可惜沒人一起吃）麼西麼西日料（價格適中偏低，每次吃幾盤滿鋪鵝肝和天婦羅蝦就飽了）一兩百家小吃大吃路邊攤，沙縣、川菜川麪、螺螄粉、菌湯臭豆腐、鹵味、清真、河南特色的那些食物、甜品、飲品等等。吃飯點外賣都特方便，物美價廉，路邊攤烤鵪鶉蛋3元1串營養滿滿好吃，3個大娘賣的葱油餅4元1大個（而且很好吃。有個拖着紅色行李箱的流浪大叔經常坐在這個攤對面那家葯店看電視，經常買給他，希望看到這條的寶子能繼續接力這份善意。他晚上有時會睡在樂刻健身（家樂福樓下）衹有墊子沒有被子，冬季將至，有多餘被子、衣物不要的寶子可以拿給他）從屈臣氏進去就是商場，商場又由幾條街連起來，買衣服特方便，但感覺大多一般般的嘛，沒有成都那麼好看時尚。#房間設施家電啥都齊全，像家裡。#房間景觀好，就在希爾頓對面。樓下綠植豐富，有草坪和大樹，把大路隔開了的，有座椅，方便吃完飯遛彎。#床私密感好，有安全感。#性價比超高，住了大半個月了。

就是衞生間衞生很臟，因為女生宿舍，老闆不敢進去打掃，搞不懂誰晾滿滿兩衣架的臭襪子，好絕。大公共廁所就很乾凈。

帥哥老闆人特好，温柔，耐心，包容；愛乾淨，房子打掃得非常乾淨，對於一個男生來説太不容易了；勤勞，身兼幾職；而且抽煙都是規定去陽台的，落地玻璃窗隔着，不會影響別人；有洗衣機，廚具。總之就是很好，其他住客素質也挺高，沒有不好的人，所以我在這兒住了一週了，還想繼續住，結果房被訂完了不知道咋辦🤷🏻♂️。位置也非常好，出門就是幾條街吃飯的地方、屈臣氏等等。好評推薦。
